John and Jake have fixed my slab leak with the best suggestion for the my house.they are the best Plumber.

Jason and Henry did an outstanding job replacing my water heater. Their kindness, professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. I'm highly satisfied with their work and would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I cannot say enough positive things about the service repairs done today by Jason. Our homeowners immediately contacted them about our emergency and Legacy reached out to us on soon after. I called Legacy Plumbing the other day and they were able to come out the next day. Johnny O.called to let me know he was on his way and he showed up on time. He explained why this happened and gave me my options. It didn't take him long to repair the spigot on the house and looked way better than what the builder installed a year ago. Just had my first service completed with Tyler at Legacy Plumbing and the experience was absolutely amazing. He was able to come out on the day of to fix my Master's shower and also complete an inspection of the home. He took extra time to walk me through all the different aspects of my house (and answer all my questions) and was very transparent about what was required vs potential improvements down the line. He was very kind and friendly the entire appointment and explained things in simple terms so beginners like me could understand!

Living in old dfw housing, we have been through many, many, many, plumbers over the past decade. From house flooding, and temperature freeze, and pipe bursts, to random leaks and copper pipe and aging valves issue, we have seen our share of plumbing problems native to old developer grade housing. Wish we had discovered Legacy a while ago. They were extremely courteous, very informative, and genuinely wanting to price out the best option for our multiple issues which was high quality, and cost effective. We are very pleased with the top notch service they provided to us, especially Colin and Brandon!

Jake and John came to fix a previous repair that was under warranty. They showed up right on time and let me know they were on their way. They fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and were extremely friendly to work with. They also explained the issue so I could easily understand what was going on. I will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.

After having a nightmare with a different company, I called Legacy to fix the problems. On the phone, Shannon was wonderful, and put in an effort to make sure that I would have service that same day. Jeremy was my technician, and he was professional and quick, and has my plumbing working like a dream. I signed up to be a Gold member, and plan on using Legacy as my plumbers for the rest of my life.

I used Legacy Plumbing to repair a leaky toilet and dripping faucets and they provided excellent service. They provided quotes up front, were efficient, reasonably priced, and professional. Mitchell and Henry arrived on time, thoroughly addressed my concerns, and fixed everything quickly. I will definitely be using Legacy in the future!

My experience with Legacy Plumbing was remarkable. The plumbers, Luke and Jay, are not only some of the best at what they do, but they are genuinely good people. They and the company are pleasant, knowledgeable, punctual, fair, and honest. I’d say they are the Discount Tire of Plumbers. I will never have to look for another plumbing company!

Thank goodness for Legacy plumbing. When my garbage disposal quit working I called several plumbers. Clifton was the only one who asked me questions and told me how to reset it myself. His advice worked and my garbage disposal is working. Hoorays!

Legacy installed a water heater that I had purchased on 8/19/2019. I was doing some regular checks and maintenance and found that the pressure relief valve could not be lifted. I was able to break it loose with some pliers and no water/pressure was coming out of the pipes. Not good. I shut down the unit, attempted to drain the tank and this two almost two hours, again not good. Once I removed the pressure relief valve I found it packed with pipe dope! The valve would not work at all and thankfully I found this before we had a water heater blow up through the roof. I then removed the drain valve, and surprise - it was blocked with pipe dope as well. After another $90 I now have a proper working relief valve and drain valve. Very poor quality workmanship and excessive use of pipe dope could have been disastrous. Do not recommend Legacy Plumbing at all. Better check your installations as well.

Had the pleasure not only of meeting but also learning a tremendous amount about plumbing from Wayne Pierce at Legacy Plumbing. Extremely thankful for how honest and transparent he was from the very jump. I’m leaving this review knowing we aren’t even planning on moving forward with his bid to replace our cast iron sewage system. Wayne spent the better part of 2 hours to share his recommendations, potential warning signs and things to look out for with whatever plumbing company we ultimately select. He went further by offering up his services to check on things to be sure no corners were being cut throughout the process. It’s very refreshing to know there’s still people like Wayne willing to look out for homeowners like myself — knowing full well he wasn’t getting our business. Legacy has itself an A+ specialist under their employ.

We have had several great experiences with Legacy Plumbing. Most recently, Tyler was dispatched to our house and he was kind, knowledgeable and professional. They give a thorough diagnostic with options for repair but don’t pressure you into anything. I highly recommend legacy plumbing! (No incentive was provided for this review:) )

We had a great experience with Legacy Plumbing on two different days. Day #1 was with Jeremy & Manny to evaluate our two older toilets, change our shower filter and snake a bathroom toilet. Thank you both.
Day #2 was Jeremy working alone who did the install on two new toilets purchased through Legacy. Jeremy is the plumber of choice and has achieved rockstar status with us. We highly recommend him.
Meagan in the front office was excellent in getting things coordinated. Her teammates in the office are also great to work with. So very pleased with all the help we received and felt their prices were reasonable. Will certainly work with them again.

Mathew, Phillip, and Ramone were absolutely wonderful! They worked hard to have our leak fixed in a timely manner, were polite, and walked us through all of the steps with the city of Dallas. I will for sure be calling them back if we ever need help again! Ask for these guys by name, as their manners made all the difference.

I called Legacy Plumbing because of my concern of one of my water heaters. Luke and Dave came out the same afternoon. They were terrific. Non pushy, thorough and explained everything in detail regarding my concern (they replaced two rusty lines in my hot water heater). They also checked on my other water heater and fixed an issue there as well. They didn't rush and made sure I was satisfied with the work they did. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I can see why they get good reviews. I will definitely use them again.
