Replaced water heater recently with Legacy Plumbing. Very professional and start to finish process was very good and very helpful in addressing my concerns, questions. Recommendations and suggestions to keep appliances long running were helpful. Thumbs up.

They did a pretty good job on the repair. However they kept coming up with additional task they could do that increased the overall expense. One item was to snake the sink pipe and that was not such a good job. I added some drain opener after they left and it fixed the problem. I should not have had to do this.

I've had to deal with five plumbing contractors over the course of a year, in order to locate and repair a hot water leak below the foundation. I decided on Legacy because they were upfront with the process and their rates were competitive. It started with a phone conversation with a master plumber, who explained what they had to do and gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone. Ted the plumber came by within 48 h. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and assured that the leak would be fixed to my satisfaction. Excavation began after a couple of days, leaving two huge mounds of dirt for access. They also had to go deeper than first estimated. Ted then went "underground" and replaced the copper piping that was gushing out at approx a gallon a min. After completion, he showed me that the water pressure now holds even after turning off the main (unlike before). By the time everything was completed, there was no indication that the excavation had even occurred. The cost for repair was considerable, but I'm happy that I chose Legacy over the other contractors for the very trying task, who were either late, or failed to inspire my confidence.

Legacy does great work for a reasonable price. They arrived in an hour for my broken water heater.

Exellent work by Matthew and Legacy Plumbing! I had a slab leak, which Matthew and his helper quickly located. The repair required digging under the foundation. Had some additional plumbing work done as well. All the work was well done, and pricing was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing.

Legacy did a super job finding our leak in the house, fixing it, and doing some preventative repairs to help in the future. The guys were super friendly and knew what they were doing. We will continue to use Legacy Plumbing for our home and our other rental properties.

I had a slow shower drain and the first plumber I called could not fix it. I had a referral to Legacy Plumbing so I contacted them on Sunday through their website. They replied in about an hour and gave me an appointment for Monday. The technicians showed up right on time and started with the less expensive option to see if it worked rather than some other companies assuming the worst and charging more automatically. Mike & Joey were courteous, pleasant & knowledgeable. They also asked to check gas hot water heaters' venting & fixed one from leaking noxious gas. Great job guys!
