Dropped my shoes off at 1pm friday 2/21/2020 and was told they would be ready in a week. Called on Saturday 2/29 and was told they would be ready by 2pm for pickup. Went to store around 1: 45pm and was told that they were still not ready. Now its Monday 3/2/2020 at 5: 30pm and I STILL haven't heard from them.
I prepaid for the repairs, and wasn't offered any explanation on why it's taking longer than promised nor was I offered any discount.
This was my 1st time using Legacy Shoe Care, and won't be going back.

Legacy Shoe Care is #1 for shoe repair in my book. Not only did they complete the repair on 24 pairs of shoes for the company I work for with quick turn around, they did a seamless job to each pair. The care and attention to detail given by the team at Legacy is incomparable. Thanks so much for the work you do! Highly suggested.

I have been going here for about 2 years now since I moved out to Frisco. Before I use to drive all the way out to uptown Dallas for all my Christian Louboutin shoe care (other designer shoes as well) until I found this place. Not only are the prices way better than the many other shoe care shops I’ve been too but they’re also really good. I’ve had shoes bought over that I thought were completely finished and they’ve been able to revive them as new. The best part is that they value your time. I’m able to tell them when I need them and they have them ready for me. At times I go by and they even fix on spot. All the work they do lasts so qualify is definitely important to them. Lastly they have the best customer service. They stayed open past their hours to allow me to pick up a pair of shoes. By far the best place in DFW for your designer shoes!

Came here on multiple occasions for different needs. First experience he (the owner) did not have the belt ready the day he stated it would be. Instead of receiving a call to let me know, I have to find out when I arrive. Okay fine.

Next time I ask for heel repair on two different types of heels with two types of repairs needed. He takes my shoes, gives me a ticket and says they'll be ready in a week. I arrive and he says "he could not do anything with the heels as the damage was unrepairable" I dont understand if that is his craft why I couldnt be notified either at the moment of drop off or even via phone instead of wasting time back and forth

Unfortunately I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I will NOT be returning my business here any more.

As a first responder, boots are a must to be taken care of. This family expedited our order, and went above and beyond in customer service and workmanship.

They repaired more than just what I saw.

They have my business. Thanks for everything

I do not recommend you take your shoes here. I typically take my Louboutins to Deno’s. I decided to save myself a drive and come here.

They didn’t do one of jobs they were supposed to have done on my shoes, so when I went to pick up, they weren’t ready!

I got NO apology! I live 30 min away, and had to make an extra trip to come pick them up! Again; no apology whatsoever! I would have been better off driving to denos.

Definitely recommend! They resized a belt for me in less than 24 hours. Will absolutely be using them again!

I took a new purse I purchased with ink marks on the front to Legacy Shoe Care after taking it to two shops closer to my home. One would not touch it and the other gave me a very high quote with no guarantee that they could fix the purse. I called Legacy and was told to bring the purse in, they could fix it. Saeed was very informative about the process he would do to the purse and charged half of what I had been told by the other shop. Mary kept me informed about what was going on and called to tell me when I could pick it up. I was very pleased with the job they did. The purse was just like new. They had to dye it twice for it to meet their approval, but the periwinkle blue color was perfect. When I offered to pay for the second dye, I was told no, and they thanked me for my business. They were pleased that I was so pleased. Legacy Shoe Care lived up to the reviews I had read. Thank you, Saeed and Mary, for the wonderful job!

I went in expecting great customer service after reading numerous reviews.
The male worker was unnecessarily rude by asking me why I would even touch the damaged shoes and saying I should’ve just thrown them away. If they don’t want to provide service or give a quote, they have every right to decline. But chastising me and making me feel ashamed of bringing the shoes in and trying to get them fixed was unnecessary.

Legacy Shoe Care took excellent care of a pair of leather boots of mine that needed to be stretched in the toe box. My boots fit like a dream now, and before I brought them here I thought that I would need to return them due to poor fit. I did consider leaving only 4 stars instead of 5 because I did need to come back a couple times and it left me frustrated, but ultimately I decided not to. The work done here is high quality and they're working on shoes; sometimes you won't know if the work is done until you try them on! At the end of the day, it's worth it to have the repairs on your favorite shoes done right the first time, at a high level of quality.

I thought that by brining my expensive shoes to a professional that the repairs would be performed professionally and the shoes would look good.   All that was needed was simple gluing where the materials were coming apart.   The repairs look absolutely awful.   Yellow glue seeped out of the repaired areas onto the shoes and ruined the shoes.   They didn’t even bother to clean up the mess they left.   How could they not see how bad their workmanship is?   Did they really think they did a good job?   The shoes are now ruined.   I should have done the simple repairs myself.   Stay away from this place.   Their work is terrible and they don’t care about the quality of their finished product.   What a nightmare this turned out to be.
