8Terrible bank. Cannot reach anyone. 45 minute hold time last week now 30 minute hold times. Hidden fees taken without explanation. They do not answer secure messages on their webpage, they just close them. RUN VERY FAR AND FAST! Do not give them your money. AWFUL.
I don't like to fill out the papers that Prosperity did for me. I'm older and my writing is not so good.
I was on hold for over 35 mins.before I spoke with a rep, and another 18 mins
to get an answer to my question regarding my account. I have been banking at this location for over 25 years and have never wver experienced such long wait. I hope this is read by someone from Prosperity that can check into this issue.
I LOVE doing my personal banking LegacyTexas and I LOVE this branch.
On Tuesday PM I walked into the branch with my toddler on my hip about 15 minutes prior to close and was treated with world class service by a Caucasian lady teller (I wish I remembered her name, hence the description of what I do remember) and her colleague, Roman Rodriguez.
Together, they quickly helped me get a Medallion Signature for a form, commented on how cute my daughter is, and offered her a lollipop. I appreciate their excellent customer service, especially since I paid nothing for this service, they didn’t make any money off the transaction, and I took ten of their minutes at the end of a long day.
About LegacyTexas in general - where else can you find 1% interest in your CHECKING account, no fees, and incredible generosity (like waiving fees for honest mistakes that customers make like returned checks).
I have banked here for 20+ years. I believe it was named Community Credit Union when I first moved my accounts. I've banked at the branch on Jupiter for 10+ years. Service is fast and friendly! Never wait long in drive through or inside. Highly recommend.
