Legal Passport, Plano TX

Both Paul and Jesse have been tremendous helps for getting my passport on time. I was in a jam (about a week away) and they helped every step of the way. Yes, I may have called one too many times, but they were completely understanding with every single phone call and alleviated my nervousness. I just received my passport today for my trip in 2 days! Thanks, Legal Passport! You better Belize that Legal Passport is the way to go!

Second time using this company (sad to say I didn't learn my lesson the first time) and both times got my passports back before the trip. Highly recommend. Great, proactive communication on status, thorough instructions on what is needed in application process and always available on the phone.

Hopefully you don't call when they are busy on the phone the man I spoke too was THE RUDEST PERSON I've ever had to speak to over the phone!
He said it's because they are busy and have 4 people on hold as well.
I said that's not my problem doesn't justify to be rude to potential customers.

Can't even find the office to talk in person to this person.
Guarantee they won't be that rude to people's faces.

The customer service representative absolutely refused to give me his name because he knew I wanted to tell a manager about his overall attitude.

He called me Steven for some odd reason and was just being very rude again he said he's under alot of pressure which I understand if he's the only one working the phones.
But never gives anybody the right for that amount of rudeness to a potential and not even a willing customer.

Awesome service! I had called one other service first and it was very hard to understand them. The service was great here. I live North of Mckinney.
They give a very detailed email waking you through the process so you don't have to go to an office and you can use a Fed ex office site. I took it to a pack and ship office in McKinney that was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process.
I received my passport back very quickly and was pleased with this process.
Once they get it back they send call and send you an email asking for your return address to verify through email. Received my passport on my doorstep next day!

Absolutely incredible experience with this company.quick, efficient, and most importantly-great customer service.i had less than a week to get my passport and this company truly went above and beyond.they walked me through every step of the process, from filling out the forms to mailing the package.whats even better-i was very needy, calling multiple times a day.they weren’t bothered; in fact, they started answering with “hello dolly”. They are so thoughtful and engaged with their customers.cannot recommend enough.

When I called for this service a guy answered and gave me info in a hurry, when I asked a question about printing the form vs filling it out in person he had a bad attitude, sounded like it was such a bother to give me info, just kept saying he will send me an email with instructions. In the end he said he didn't want to "waste my time" and couldn't help me- ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service! The absolute WORST I have ever had, this is my very 1st bad review, I usually write only positive ones, but I just had to warn people if you have any QUESTIONS about expedited passport services do not expect ANY customer service here. I will take my $ elsewhere, there are lots of other places I called where they are friendly and take their time explaining a process and answer questions! DO NOT RISK YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS JERK! = (

Absolutely wonderful experience! Professional, thorough, and so efficient. I needed a fast turn around on my passport, and even with an issue on my end they were able to quickly resolve it and I recieved my passport back in plenty of time! I was reluctant and nervous with the time frame (less than a week) but Legal Passport was truly amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you Paul and team for everything!

These guys are FANTASTIC! The communication was absolutely amazing- they made sure I had all the correct paperwork, right number of copies, what to sign and what not to sign, etc.

I needed my new passport in less than 10 days over the Thanksgiving holiday and they made it happen- I got it in 3 business days after submitting everything and sending the sealed envelope to them overnight- I would've gotten it in two, but Thanksgiving got in the way.

I can't recommend these guys enough!

Stopped by this place to get help renewing my little sisters passports and Janie was extremely helpful. Not only did she point me to the right direction but she also provided me with all the documentation needed and numbers for questions or references. Bret is such a fibber, Legal Passport did not come anywhere close to dropping the ball with my situation. In fact they Odelled it. It was a miraculous catch and fast speedy return on my passport.

I was very pleased with the service. I have my passport in hand with a day to spare. Also Paul and Jesse were very helpful and patient with step by step instruction and follow up.

It’s a good thing I didn’t send them my paperwork and money. I went to send it off and because I needed to have it within 10 days. I held off because I couldn’t get in touch with anyone via email or phone. This was after I had paid the extra money to hand carry and seal the envelope from the post office. They just vanished. If I’d have had to travel sooner and paid them the hundreds to get it quick I’d have been completely screwed. I need to be clear, I’m in Plano Texas and this review has absolutely nothing to do with the pack and mail Legal Passport uses for their “office” The people at the pack and mail are the ones that solved this problem for me after Legal Passport completely dropped the ball. Highly recommend the Pack and mail, they went above and beyond. Even showing up before they open to solve my problem. Legal Passport is complete garbage. Btw, this is the first online review I’ve ever written. It’s that bad.
