My husband and I have a personnel account and business account here. We have banked here 9 almost 10 years. Great staff and very friendly. They go above and beyond when we need something. It's nice that they take time to know us and have from the beginning.

BEWARE OF THIS BANK. Our loan was up for renewal and it took them 2 months to review the documents and draft up a new loan. In the meantime they didn't let us know that the 7% loan rate we were paying actually was accruing interest at 12% as they reviewed the loan renewal. We ended up on paying several thousand dollars more in interest to pay off the account because they were dragging their feet and didn't let us know the rate changed until we decided to pay off the loan. We are happy to be done doing business with this bank and staff.

Poor communication between staff. Rude. When you ask to do something, they question why, and confirm with you that the proper procedure has been taken. Then they go and verify anyway. Either lack of experience, or they think their customers must just be dumb.

Only bank to offer more than 0.01% interest on checking. Currently 1.5%
Staff is very friendly and quick to help and the benefits and apps are great.
I currently recommend everyone to move to them.

I've used this bank & branch for years and I can say they offer exceptional service. I lost my debit/credit card once. With proper ID they issued me a new card on the spot! I didn't get a temporary card, or have to wait 7-10 days like other big banks often make you do. That's what sold me and got my business. I just wish they would offer higher interest rates on reward checking.granted the rate is x15 better than any of the big banks. I guess I'm just greedy.

I use this bank for commercial pourpous only. Okay bank but most the time I sit in the drive thru lane for 5 min before anyone notices me. Friendly staff, but should pay a little bit more attention.
