LOVE THIS PLACE! They were so sweet and thorough. We will be back. Prices are high everywhere and this place gave you quality for the price. We had a great relaxing time.

I have been coming here almost from the beginning. They do a great job. Please support them. I want them to be bussier!

Always happy with my pedicures and the customer service, place is quiet and spa like introverts dream. Also always let me sit waiting for them to dry when I'm often kicked out of my seat for the next customer at near by places.

If you went in with an attitude, you probably received an attitude back! These ladies were extremely welcoming, but I went with a smile which reciprocated excellent hospitality, no one wants to provide services to snotty people! I absolutely love my nails and my pedicure! I wanted to venture out and try another location and Legend Nail & Spa did not disappoint. I had one lady doing my nails and another doing my pedicure and each took their time.

I'm about to go on a cruise. So I want my nails to look good, plus my cuticles were dying since they dried out this winter. Well, this place was super slow and got us right in, but then my lady started. She gave me attitude because the water was a little too hot, so just gave me cold water. Straight up HACKED my nails into odd shapes, didn't trim or even push back my cuticles, and throughout the whole thing, sighing loudly and scowling like I did her wrong somehow. For 100 bucks, this is a rip off and insane that anyone would get treated this way.

PREJUDICE! I was the only black customer in here and they served all other races before me. I eventually walked out after another group of white people came in and they began serving them drinks, setting them up for pedicure, while I still sat there with NO SERVICE

This is my second time getting dip and I didn't realize how mediocre my first experience was until I came here! Cindy was amazing, professional and detail oriented and did such an amazing job on my nails, I will definitely be back!

This nail shop is overcharges for their services. I want a pedicure with French tip gel. Whyyy was the French til gel and extra $25! I understand charging more for that service but an $25! That a whole full set alone smh.

So, I decided on regular polish for my French tip pedi which was only $7 extra. The whole time I was debating getting my nails French tip and decided to so swing I was saving money on my pedi. One lady quoted $35 for nails then another told me $40. Which is why I think they charge whoever what they want. And the customer service was not all that great I felt rush and couldn’t even relax… It wasn’t even busy enough in there to rush. I will not be coming here again. Very dissatisfied

There were only 4 people working. The lady who started doing my nails didn’t even say hello. Just rude. The vibes in there weren’t good either. Something told me to walk out as soon as I was approaching the door. But I wanted my nails done so I stayed. After I picked a color from the limited selection of dip powders the lady began taking off my previous dip powder. She was rough doing that. Once she started to file my nails she cut my cuticle I STARTED BLEEDING. I YANKED MY HAND BACK FROM HER. Mind you I’ve never had to do that in my life. Every nail lady I’ve had has been gentle. Not this lady. She said give me your hand I said no. She said sometimes that happens. I said no you were being rough for no reason. So I got up went to the counter and paid $10. I am calling the BBB so I can file as many complaints as I can about this place.

The worst nail experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT go here unless you want to waste your money and leave with what you didn’t ask for. Staff is rude and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could. I showed a specific picture of the color that I wanted and the lady started painting it the wrong color. After ONE nail was painted, I told her it was wrong and she told me she would fix it…she didn’t. She painted my whole hand and asked if I liked it and I told her no because it was the wrong color and that’s not what I wanted and asked her to fix it…she didn’t. While she was doing my nails, she accidentally cut me and when I flinched, she slapped my hand. She did this about 5 times and I tried to remain civil because I didn’t want to cause any trouble since I was with a friend. When she finished, I asked her AGAIN if she could fix my nails and she shooshed me and told me no. At this point I was irritated and gave my friend my card so she could pay (separately, not all on my card) so she didn’t feel uncomfortable while I tried to get my nails fixed. I asked POLITELY for her to fix my nails because this wasn’t what I paid for and she stated to the cashier to “call the cops” and he charged both mine and my friends nails onto MY card and told us to get out. I’ve NEVER in my life experienced such an unprofessional business and have been disrespected so intensely. I will NEVER IN MY LIFE go back to this sad excuse for a nail shop. If I’m gonna pay for my nails to be done, the least they could be is polite if they’re not gonna paint them the way I like.
