Legends On the Green Apartments, San Antonio TX

I'm rating Legends as average, just because there is no consistency. Office staff are temps and never do I see or talk to the same person twice, management seems to switch just as much. My apartment building was in process of painting in the beginning of Nov.and it is now Feb.and from the outside it looks like a hot mess! My OCD is killing me every time I drive to my building, and No notice on update has been provided. I have lived in my apartment which I love may I add for 10 years now and the foundation has shifted. I have been telling the office and the many temp staff that it needs to be addressed. 5 months later, I NOW have blue tape in almost every room but AGAIN NO notice on what or when they plan on doing anything about it. OCD driving me crazy! But I love my patio and my apartment, I love my neighbors and the surroundings but is it GREAT? I can't say yes. They try I guess but yeah in the 14 years I've lived here, I have definitely seen Great here but its not there yet.

I love this community! My apartment is perfect. We have a great pool and a great Clubhouse. These apartments are the best all around. It is very quiet and the staff are wonderful. Also, perfect for the nature enthusiast! I'm on 3rd floor and have cathedral ceilings with huge beautiful windows. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Good place to live, and Debora González is always aware of the residents, she is the only one who speaks Spanish and that makes it much easier for us Hispanics, excellent work on her part.

The pools haven’t been open to residents in 2 years. We can see then full and operational, the gym is closed too. It’s absolutely absurd and residents still forced to pay the same rent with yearly increases. I can’t wait until the lease is up! Management has no answers and they do not care.

Pool at the Legends is still not open though we were told it would be open before we signed our lease. Just feels like we were lied to and considering we pay a lot for rent you would hope that they would have followed through to make your residents happy. The community is quiet most of the time and that I can appreciate

Been trying to get ahold of the front office over a SERIOUS wasp/hornet issue.we have four nests just on our patio.the corridors of each floor has at least three nests.no one answers the phone.no one gets back to you when you leave a message.we haven’t left our unit in two weeks now bc the wasps have taken over our building.what are we paying pest control for if they aren’t taking preventive measures during wasp season? I now have serious anxiety over leaving my apartment.i’m in tears every day over this.don’t move here if you have a family with small children bc there is a serious wasp problem.i think they’re coming from the trees.

I picked these apartments for the location and all the trees. It’s so nice to look out to to the golf course all day while I work from home.

Maintence sometimes has taken a while to get to me for minor things but I figured this had something to do with Covid.

Deborah in the front office has been so awesome from day one when I came to check out the apartments. She is the only memorable front office person out of anywhere I’ve ever lived. I’m autistic and paperwork can be hard for me and she has been so kind and accommodating!

Also Tammy from the front office was super helpful and patient with me when I was dealing with rent relief. I really appreciated that.

Love that they have a food truck come periodically and everyone in the community is nice. As a woman I feel safe here. I really like the gym area too because they have a studio.

This is the only apartments I’m willing to live in in San Antonio.if I didn’t find this place I was going to go to Austin.

All the time we've been here and that's been over 15 years Maintenance has always been excellent. The overall appearance of the complex it's been good the only negative seems to be the dumpsters. The compact area seems to look a little better on weekends now.

I have almost a year living in legends and I’m so glad Lincoln came in. Great company and i would like to thank Debora G for the great costumer service every time I go into the office with a concern or issue. Glad to live in such a beautiful.

We are glad we chose Legends on the Green for our next home! The leasing and move in processes were smooth, special thanks to Kaylee and Stephanie. Our apartment was in perfect condition, clean, with new carpet and appliances and maintenance requests are responded to quickly by friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff. Great location with close proximity to HEB Plus, restaurants and shopping.
This has been a great choice for us!

I moved to the apartments a little over a year ago. The location is absolutely fantastic: several grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and access to major highways all within 5 minutes. The design of the apartments within the golf course does wonders, because with that highway close by. I can't hear it at all from the apartment.
I'm a nature person, and I love the scenery when driving in, it definitely is awesome to be surrounded by so many trees in the middle of the city.
Every problem I've had so far has been tended to and I am very pleased with both maintenance and office staff.
