Leinart Bankruptcy Law Firm reviews
8Marcus Leinart is an outstanding and attentive attorney. His willingness to take on tough cases and his deep understanding of the legal intricacies truly set him apart. I wholeheartedly recommend Marcus Leinart if you are seeking results and expert legal representation.
My exsperience has been great. The attorneys have kept me informed and made me feel at ease.
I had several questions about how to navigate the different types of debt that I have (medical debt, student loan debt, etc.), and Mr. Leinart provided very helpful answers in how to approach this issue. He is a very clear and thorough communicator.
I had the pleasure of consulting with Attorney Mr. Leinart for answers to three important bankruptcy-related questions, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his expertise and assistance. Mr. Leinart's deep knowledge of bankruptcy law, his ability to provide clear and concise responses, and his exceptional communication skills truly set him apart. His guidance has been invaluable during a challenging time, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking expert legal counsel in the field of bankruptcy. Thank you, Mr. Leinart, for your outstanding service!
Our experience was for the most part unpleasant. It took FOREVER for anything to be done. And you have a better chance contacting the pope then getting a answer back. We had to threaten wanting to talk to a supervisor to get any one to call us. I would recommend finding another firm
Not a great experience at all, wish we could give a zero, and will be reporting this experience to the BBB as well. These people are HORRIBLE, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless of course you like losing money. All this law firm knows how to do is lie and loop people into wasting their hard earned money, leaving you no better off than when you started. We were very upfront about our entire situation to this firm, and a Chapter 13 was recommended. I did EVERYTHING that these people asked, INCLUDING making the initial payment well before it was due. Every step of the process with them went HORRIBLE, and all we got was apologies and excuses. We're now having to make the painful choice of sacrificing EVERYTHING that has already been paid to find effective representation. Hopefully this doesn't happen to someone else.
I’m giving Leinart a high five. You hire this lawyer and expect results. The firm returns phone calls. Every time. Other lawyers are KNOWN not to return phone calls. The firms proactive staff/paralegals motivate you by their proactivity, leaving you “in the know. ” Filing bankruptcy can be a negative experience. With the proactive motivation, motivated me to get it done, and not procrastinate with shady debt consolidations. There are too many shady stories on debt consolidation and Leinart was the best decision I could make in my bankruptcy choice. Once the ball is rolling the firm expedites the process, make it a step by step, no brainer process. Again, EXCELLENT communication process, just simply returning phone calls, and knowing their job.
