Hiyme was so kind and did a great job asking what I wanted and checking in throughout the cut. The salon was also cute and clean.

Megan was awesome! I had a walk-in today and she was very professional and personable. She did an awesome job with my hair, exactly what I wanted and explained how to style it in detail. She was very friendly, and seemed to be well-acquainted with her customers, talking as they came and went without ever seeming inattentive to her clients. Highly recommend, best hair salon in the HEB area.

Do not get a haircut here my hair is super uneven I’m genuinely frustrated… I ended up paying $41 for what exactly? Avoid Hiyme W she didn’t care to wet my hair? You’re the hair stylist do better?

Excellent service! (10/9/23 - 7: 00pm) My last stylist did such a bad job with my pixie, I waited over four months to find someplace else to fix it. I called around 4: 30pm and they were able to get me in the same day! I think her name was Megan, I’m really bad at remembering names no matter how hard I try, but I’m pretty sure it was her. She was very kind, knowledgeable and took time with the trouble spots of my hair. Thank you so much for getting my hair where I’ve been wanting it all year! I will definitely be going back.

I had such a great experience here! Noelle was so sweet and professional. She really took her time and went over every detail of the coloring process to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, my cut and deep conditioning treatment were great as well. She was very informative & helpful and she really saved my hair after I neglected and box dyed it for 5 years. I left the salon looking and feeling my best and the pricing was very fair. Couldn’t say enough good things about this place and their lovely staff.

Great experience with Megan, skilled and very efficient, today she needed more to focus on correcting the trouble from our previous experience but we definitely found a salon, where the client leaves satisfied and happy.

I wanted to get my hair colored and Megan charged me with a haircut and styling and I never asked for that. It's not worth the pay she made me pay 400 dollars.

I really like this place and Megan O has been wonderful! She listens to what I’m wanting and is very precise. She delivers and not many people can cut women’s short hair. She can! Everyone is friendly and welcoming and the price is nice!

I don’t normally get haircuts, I have super high anxiety and the whole process just freaks me out, but I came into this location recently and ***Becky***, who is so kind, made the whole experience so amazing. She engaged the entire time, made sure to ask questions and even helped me a second time when I came back in with an adjustment. I appreciate the time taken to make sure I liked my hair and that I was comfortable. It means so much. My sincerest thanks to her!

Awful experience. I came in and left with a cut I didn’t ask for. I called back in less than 24 hours to come in and get it fixed and they said that wasn’t possible. Just wanted to try out a new place with a reasonable cost. Guess you get what you pay for. Cheap haircut & cheap service. Please take this into account when you think about trying this place out. I’d NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Did perm yesterday with the styler America she is so nice and friendly. I'm so happy that I got perm how I exactely want to look like. Thank you America, for your time, effort and best perm service.

I love this place been going to this salon for a few years now! The stylists (especially Hiyme) always know exactly what I'm asking for and execute it flawlessly and quickly! Plus their booking system is really easy and efficient. Great, consistent salon!

My first time their and they were so friendly! Thank you Becky for the color! Love it no more grays lol!

They charge $50 for perm appointment. After perm $175 + $22 for curl fresher form+ $20 tips. Total I’ve paid $267. I don’t know why they charge $50 for appointment and didn’t mentioned in the printout.

Anyway I just a good perm/curly hair. I confirmed with the styler that I have natural hair on the top and bottom I have some color.
Styler confirmed the curl won’t work in the bottom because of color. I was ok with her statement and start my perm.

I went back after 4th day because perm didn’t work even after my natural hair where there is no color yet.
I went two times to fixed the perm, now they said perm will not work on my natural hair also because I have Thik hair.
Why don’t she tell me before I start to do perm that perm don’t work on Thik hair. I can save my $267 box. Not a small amount.at first conversation they said if perm didn’t work on first try they will do it again after two weeks but in reality they don’t do the 2nd time. Wow
I tried to reach the manager and owner but no one transfer my call. Please reach out to me I know you have saved my number end with 2150. I don’t wanna get refund but you should fixed my hair. I visit several times but no one cares

I did my perm in 19 June. I paid all total $200 exclude tips and pay for curl products. They completely damaged my Natural hair and didn’t get curl in my hair. No money back no taken care service. Please do not get your hair perm/straight here. Not a good service.
