Large selection of frames, very helpful and nice staff! I'm rather picky when it comes to frames but I got 2 pairs today and I love them!

I came in to this location to order glasses right after they reopened, as soon as I walked in, I was told to wait outside because they can only allow a certain number of people.no problem I wait outside, then people started coming and going in while I am waiting, when I asked why? I was told because they have an appointment.so after about 45 minutes of waiting outside I decided to go home and call in few days to set up an appointment. I called today 6/12/20, the lady informed me that they do not take appointments. I told her what happened to me when I walked in the other day and again I have no issues with waiting as long as people don't cut in front of me. She kept repeating they do not take appointments.all I needed to hear is that if you wait, when your turn is up we see you.that being said I am disappointed with LensCrafters and I will go get my glasses somewhere else.

These guys are thieves. They charge for lenses in excess of $150 for polycarbonate which is available for $20-$30 elsewhere. Poor customer service. Would highly recommend people to find a different place for lenses and frames to save more than 50% on costs.

I was supposed to get glasses and schedule an eye exam last year because I had my prescriptions for 4 years. But my hometown got destroyed in the hurricane in October 2018. When I moved to Dallas, I desperately needed new glasses and I found the right place! The ladies here are SUPER genuine and they made me feel really comfortable. I had a blast picking out my new glasses and I received them in 3 days! If you want to have a professional and joyful experience then you should definitely come here!)

My glasses broke while I am out of town. I was going to be in Dallas for 3 days, then leaving the country for 1 month. As you can imagine, I am trying to figure out how to see for this period of time. I called to see if they can do a 24 hour turn at this office. They cannot. I was then trying to figure out options since my prescription is progressive. Basically, I found out I am out of luck. I get it. Not my fault and not theirs. HOWEVER, the girl I talked to decided she needed to lecture me and literally said to me "You shouldn't have waiting this long". Seriously? What kind of comment is that? They broke. Just now. In my hands. I just thought that was an inappropriate and unnecessary thing to say to someone who is clearly in a bad situation and when I called her on it, she didn't even apologize.

Purchased my first pair yesterday, the employees were very helpful describing the discounts and explaining certain things! My future purchases will certainly be here! Can’t wait to get my glasses! Shaunelle was great! (I probably butchered your name, sorry. Lol)

Great experience getting fitted with the team at LensCrafters! Hope the order is filled properly, but don’t anticipate any issues! Lots of discounts were provided by the team members at this location as well!

I have loved this particular Lens Crafters the second I walked through the doors! Greeted with smiles and friendly service. There is always a nice selection of glasses and sunshades but what has driven me to write this review is customer service. There is a quote that I use often “there is no greater joy in life than serving others. ” Teena, Stephanie and all the staff turn customers into friends and friends into family.thanks for making me part of the family!

They messed up with insurance holder as I bought my insurance under my wife's policy and they showed little responsibility for the mistake they made. I had to contact my insurance company to get the allowance corrected.

Ms Page was great on the telephone and in person even better.although I did have my glasses made in India.she made all proper adjustment for me very enthusiastically. I shall tell my friends.

I can't give this location enough stars! I have a difficult prescription and it took 3 tries to find glasses that would work for me. I almost dreaded going because I felt so bad that I wasn't able to work with what I had ordered. Stephanie greeted with me with generosity and compassion and worked until I found the perfect pair. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, upbeat and honest about the way they treated me, and knowing that I can now SEE is just the BEST! Thanks you, Lenscrafters!

Tried to return an item recently purchased from a LensCrafters at NorthPark and the employees here said they could not accept the return at this location. However, when I drove to NorthPark they said that I could return it to any LensCrafters store including this one. Seems like the employees here just don't want to help people and provide services that they are paid to do.

Great experience updating my contacts prescription. Appointment was prompt and Dr. Lu was so sweet! Would highly recommend.

I would love to share our family pleasant experience of visiting this branch of one of the most respected chains in the nation in a field of ophthalmology. This office is very clean, welcoming, and one of the most organized we have visited before. But what makes it absolutely unique is a stuff. My husband was helped by Shaunelle and Stephanie. It is our third visit to this location in last 2 years. Despite we are having a closer location of LensCrafters where we live, we are choosing to go to Oak Lawn location where customers are treated as kings and queens. Thank you, LensCrafters for Stephanie and Shaunelle!

7 to 10 days but expect them earlier she said. It is now 14 days, with no follow up, as we wait with a soft guess at a new date that was expected to exceed 18 days. Apologies your new glasses are still at the factory, they are incomplete due to failing one of 100 quality test.

Sadly it doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies plus my 82 year old grandfather has no glasses. Certainly glad this Lens Crafters location sets realistic expectations for its customers.

Nener going there again ita been 3 weeks and they haven't gotten my glasses ready. Very unprofessional

DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. RUN!

They PROMISED me a lead time of 1 week. They assured me that my glasses would be ready then after clarifying the lead time. Additionally, called them the day off and they assured me the glasses would be ready between 11am and 2pm. At 2pm.a week after their assurances, the glasses were still not there.

I've had to extend an international business trip and pay an additional $300 because they OVER-PROMISED and UNDER-DELIVERED!

Oh yer.the lady behind the desk cops an attitude because I was upset at the lies they told just to make a sale. She then tried to send me to the Northpark location and lied to me saying they would get it done same day.
I had to push her TO CALL Northpark to make sure they would have them done the same day and to get a specific time. Turns out, Northpark didnt even have the same glasses I ordered.

Do business with these unethical people at your own risk. This is the last time I or any of any friends or relatives will purchase from a lens crafters. Disappointed!
