Worst customer service from an employee who didn’t care and acted like I was a bother. After paying a premium for my eyeglasses, the coating is starting to discolor, making my glasses look dirty. I stopped in to ask how they could be fixed and was advised that I would have to purchase a new pair. I asked if they were covered by any warranty and was told no. The person at the counter was unsympathetic and unfriendly. When I turned to leave, the woman sarcastically told the other woman that she couldn’t believe I expected LensCrafters to fix my glasses. I’ve received better service buying discount glasses at America’s Best around the corner.

Héléne helped my dad and I pick out lenses. She was very knowledgeable and kind, and helped us pick out lenses perfect for us. She was aware of the correct proportions and sizes of lenses that would fit our faces. Our experience would have been lacking without her and the whole staff being so kind!

I highly recommend the Lens Crafters in Flower Mound! I received expert help in selecting the right glasses and sunglasses that look fantastic! The team especially Helen explained the differences in the lenses and answered all of my questions! Our experience has been so good we come back year after year!
