Waited 2 weeks before writing this, hoped the District Manager would have returned our calls first but here goes: We needed to replace our pump, again, so we brought it up so the Manager could swap all the parts around as this is a benefet to purchase here. Sadly he broke the housing and claimed it was like that already. He insisted we purchase a new one or any warranty would be void. We have never had any leaks etc so I questioned him about it. Well I got a refund for the pump and had our Pool Guy look at the housing. Turns out what he broke was a gasket, $1.99 part, and he was very forceful about needing a part several hundred dollars in cost. I believe we chose correctly and took it to a different Pool Supply Place. Suprisingly the pump was $90 cheaper and the gasket kit was part of the pump purchase, not a seperate fee. I call thief and trickery at this location for sure! Never will we return or refer this Company

Assist manager on 1/3 days helped me out matching correct model numbers with Hayward multport valve I needed and got it ordered.arrived next day.big thanks

HUGE WASTE OF MONEY
Pool pump was left off for a week and the pool turned green. I figured I should go to the "professionals" for the solution. $250 and 3 weeks of crazy chemical regiments later the pool was still green. Had to drain, pressure wash, and refill. Just do the work yourself and save your money from Leslie's

Only place in town or around that had the filter we needed. The manager was training someone and was quite an impressive teacher. Patient, informative, and helpful. If you can't find it anywhere else you should definitely try here. Helpful service with a smile.

I have NO clue about pools, but I went in there and the gentleman (Jeff) explained everything to me, to where I could understand it. I wish I could give them a million stars. Great service and amazing prices. Way to go, Leslie's!

Unknowledgeable individuals who work there I’ve been three times for various pool parts. Not one person knows the items or what there called. I was told that the fitting I have is old and outdated so I said ok what’s the replacement item that took over so that I can get my pool back up. Response was I don’t know. Wow what a shock luckily I went to hardware store where I found the item I was searching for. But if your looking for pool floats you can definitely find it there. Probably cheaper on amazon or poolzoom though.

Every time I go to the store, the guys in here are very welcoming. They explained all of my questions, as a first pool owner I didnt know where to start. My pool was green and now its sparkling clear water. I stop in here pretty regularly and I have always gotten great customer service. Also, they help to carry some heavy items I purchased to my car. I wont be going anywhere else.
