This store lacks in customer service and knowledge. The store manager does not like answering answering any questions. I will not be visiting this store again.
Matthew and Luke set the bar for customer service within the Leslie Pool Supply corporation. The have gone above and beyond for me over the phone and in person. I drive 40 miles from LJ just the visit this location. Thank you for being kind, curious, and helpful!
Good service from the sales person. Seemed pretty knowledgeable on salt water pools. Their prices on parts are high due to lack of competition.
Employee was rude, unhelpful, ignored customers in the store while on the phone. Waste if time to go here.
