Heather was so very helpful fixing my Polaris pool cleaner. It was almost at the end of the day and she was about to go on vacation. She stayed past closing time to help me get the unit operational. This is first class customer service I highly recommend this store, especially when Heather is working. Thank you so much.

Leslie's is definitely price gouging on chlorine. Yes, I know about the fire, yes, I know about the covid supply chain issues. Still, they are taking advantage of the consumer

I live in Westlake but I drive to Brodie because Heather is so nice and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I have always had good luck with all the employees at this location.

I went in looking for a 40mm to 1-1/2” connection adapter for an Intex above ground pool. The front desk assistant said they don’t stock them or any items for above ground pools. I advised I’d looked it up online and the website showed they were in stock at this store. She asked for the part number and then found it within a minute of looking. Disappointing to be told no before even checking.

THANK YOU HEATHER! Followed all your instructions and now I get amazing compliments on my pool. Your professionalism is off the charts and your east coast humor makes it a treat while checking pool maintenance off my honey do list.

Heather was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable when explaining the results of my water test. She also did not attempt to sell me anything I didn't need, just the essentials to get the system back on track. I noticed this with other customers, too.

I don't know how you upload this place. It's extremely simple they run out of pool supplies. It's a pool supply store. Also the parking lot takes about 8 minutes to get through if you're coming in and then another 8 minutes when you're going out. I really like Leslie's overall but I can't waste my time by coming to this place anymore.

Great store and outstanding staff, Heather, Anita, and Ryan. They are expert! I'll go out of my way to visit this Leslie's location.

Was able to get a blow up pool for my littles and Walmart, Academy, did not have any. This was in September. They are good for pool related purchases.

Second leslie pool supplies to try, both worthless, no help no clue where or what to do for nee filter, don't waste gas or time
