22Went in for a free labor estimate on my Polaris. Nick was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and what the repair would cost. He even tried to make sure i would get the lowest price for the repair due to current financial needs. Ended up buying a new one (was just a smarter choice). Nick explained the new system, how it works, installation and walked me through the rebates. Great store, will be going again for other pool needs. Thanks Nick!
This is the worst Leslie‘s pool supply store. Nick the general manager is the worst manager I’ve ever known. I highly recommend to not go back to this location. He messed up my water test and I ran into some problems because of that. He did not even tell me. His assistant told me.
Have only dealt with Nick and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and very personable! He's my pool source from now on!
Always ready to help and so knowledgeable! They are also hiring more people at this location. What a great place to work.if your looking for a position, you should definitely apply!
Store overpriced in particular the filters are at least $10 more than anybody else, going there wads a waste of time.

We ordered a new variable speed pump from Nick and Patrick came out to install. They both did a great job. Best of all the pump works great and it is saving me money on my electric bill and our pool has never looked better Thanks to a great team.
I come to Leslie for my regular water test. Very helpful and patience in explaining what is wrong and what is needed to keep my pool blue.
Nick the store Manager bends over backwards to get you what you need! He will go to great lengths to find you the most common sense solution for all of your pool needs!

Prices are high but worth it if you're getting expertise advice, quality tools and chemicals for the job. Perfect Weekly has been working for me for about 3 years. No algae.
Please don't listen, only want to give chemical solutions that cause only need for more chemical solutions. More money out your pocket for no need. Offered me an In door chemical for an outdoor pool. Stay away.
I have been doing business with Leslie's Pool for years at several different locations in and around Houston and can say that recently dealing with these two very competent individuals, Nick Waller and a young woman named Leeha at this Richmond Bellaire BLVD location has definitely made me a Leslie Pool go back to customer. Their very helpful and professional service was and has been so refreshing to work with, that it made my trip to Leslie's quite pleasant. This is the location where I will be going for all of my future pool supplies and service requirements.
Nick the manager and staff are very helpful compare to last mgr. I go weekly to get my water tested and it’s quick. Prices are higher compare to online but it’s convenient.
Everyone is very knowledgeable and kind. They will listen to any questions I have about my pool and are able to give me an answer or point me in the right direction.
We have had terrible service from their repair department. They've taken apart & put back together equipment with parts on incorrectly or missing altogether. We've had to have their "repairs" repaired. Beware!
After the issues in my last review, come to find out they sold me the wrong parts as well. Now I have top break everything back down and return them top get the right ones. This location had been terrible time I've used them since I moved here in 2013.
But now I'm seeing corporate is no better. My last review had them sending me a request for further info. From the reply I recieved, I see that it was an insincere request. After giving them complete details, I recieved a cut and paste reply that made it obvious that the sender didn't take the time to read what I took the time to send at their request.
As a company as a whole, I can't recommend them. I've reached out for further dialogue and have been ignored. For the time being consumed getting the correct parts and dealing with the BS, I could have ordered online for a significant savings through other companies.
Not impressed with this branch! Staff not helpful and are unfriendly. I rather drive a little futher to another branch.
