11 3 weeks ago I ran to this store to grab some chlorine and at 6: 45pm, they were closed. It angered me because I had a schedule to keep and closing the store early throws a wrench in things. I thought about doing a review on them, but gave them a pass thinking it was a one time fluke. Fast forward to today. I arrive at 6: 40pm, thinking I have plenty of time. 2 other would be customers are standing outside and inform me the store is closed.
I'll also complain that when the store is open, the customer service is terrible. The employees seem to hate their job, and are always short with me.
This is the worst retail store I have ever been in, and unfortunately for me, it's close to my home. My advice is to buy from another pool supply house or Amazon. I won't be doing business with this store again.
Friendly staff will test your water free, and help you get what you need to fix it.
Lots of fun swimming and lighting items too.
Good to have a place around the corner for pool supplies but after my first visit, I’d rather driver for an hour than go there again,

Would be nice to know something is non-refundable before purchasing. It’s on the back of the receipt but that means I purchase then find out. Hmmm
Did water test and said all was fine! Totally unexpected! Very honest about pool cleaning machines capabilities.
For some reason the cells people always come off condescending. I don't really enjoy this place I just have to go there.
Folks if ya got a pool or a hot tub this is the place to go for service or your chemicals top notch people that know pools and your water. Plus I’m hey repair anything pool related.
Nice guy tested my water just before close. Didn't try to push their Alkaline Up product, but also mentioned I can use baking soda.
Always a good place to stop by if u have a pool if not more then get the water tested for FREE.
Wasn't happy with the customer service.staff at other stores are nicer and staff is more friendlier.
