Lety's Quinceaneras & Boutique, Houston TX

They have everything that you may need for a party, like chairs, tablecloths or anything, the only thing is that the location is faraway for example I live in south Houston and they are close to 59 and galleria area, so I think it could be amazing that you can charge an extra fee but have someone to deliver and pick up the stuff and in that way we don’t need to drive all around Houston whole planning a party, it could be very nice and I bet that a lot of people would want to use your store:)

My brother had a wedding. We went to pay for it and they told us we have to pay the 1300$ in cash or cashapp but theh're cashapp didnt work for us well

Sooooo basically, we finally had the wedding. (Ya tengamos la boda) BUT- they sent a hired guard to watch us. He wasnt protecting us. He was snooping around. Making all our guest very uncomfortable. (Pero Lety se envio una persona policia que fue suyos. Fue un hombre de Lety. Este hombre nos miraba y nos hacian muy discontento con su presencia) Then someone broke into a bridal party members car and stole something-and a passport. And the guard was privy to what was happening. He did nothing. Instead he added to the fiasco by spinning a tale of someone from the bridal family arguing with the grooms family and then breaking into the car as a result. This imple was untrue. Both family's were inside because i was with the bridal family alll noght taking care and explaining our Nigerian custom. We danced together all night and shared hugs and food and laughs all night. Then the next day we all meet for more fun. This simply was not true.

In short, Lety's sent a guard who watched us and made us feel uncomfortable and unhappy during our celebration and when it was time to leave, continued to make our guests uncomfortable. Not very pleased with their service.

Despues, alguien se roto un coche/carro nuestro y tocaba un passaporte. El hombre de Lety sabian pero el no hizo nada. El dice que nosotros lo hicimos y que fue el problema de la familia. Pero esto no es la verdad.

Ahora, no estoy contento con Lety. ]

The owner or whoever She is SUPER rude! Was looking for a dress for my daughter's 15. Asked for a price, she starts pinning dress and when we told her we are still looking around she got so angry saying we should have told her and undid the dress in front of other customers. Even if I wanted that dress for my daughter I would never give that lady business! She doesn't deserve this one star but have to so I can warn other future customers. Go somewhere else, need a course in customer service! Her helper was super sweet, needs a new place to work because that boss of hers is horrible!

Lety and her staff are amazing! They were so helpful and nice. Best customer service! Thank you Lety's Quinceaneras for helping my niece find her dream dress for her special day

I love it because they are very welcoming. They have anything you are looking for 15s, weddings, and baptism.

The lady in charge is very friendly and patient. They have good packages and choices.
