Clean organized and employees were helpful. Unfortunately they don't carry tall size.

First off, I wanna say Katelyn has gone above and beyond any customer service I have received in a really long time. She took time to find my style jeans the 527 which has been extremely hard to find in my size. She found them in Georgia and took care of the transaction for me. I applaud the cypress staff for there great customer service and eagerness to help!

Cheaper than Amazon. 505 regular Jean's, $37. $48 on Amazon. Nice helpful employees as well.

My brother and I visited this store this weekend, and Katelyn helped us with our shopping. My brother uses a wheelchair and Katelyn was able to really make the experience much easier. She had great recommendations. She reassured us that if our items didn't fit then we had plenty of time to return or exchange them.

We ended up having to do this and it was a very easy process. As someone who hates returning things this definitely was one of the better experiences I've had.

The only downside to our experience is that the store is not wheelchair friendly. The aisles are narrow and the doors are hard to get into. I will say Katelyn did help as much as she could to make our movement throughout the store smoother. Overall I would recommend and would return.

I just bought a pair of jeans online and one in store and the customer service that I got from Neisha (I hope I’m spelling her name right!) was awesome! From the moment I was in the store she was willing and happy to help me with all of my questions and provide recommendations and she also helped me out with a discount at checkout. Thank you so much Neisha and this is the store I will go to the next time I need jeans!

I feel like I just stole the jeans from here! I got buy 1 get 1 free. They usually have the length I need as other stores do not carrya lot of long jeans for people with long legs.

Dinika was excellent help! She was very friendly and I will say provided sharp customer service.
