Do not deal with this dealership. Just left the dealership after that flat out lied to me. I was looking to purchase a used Vehicle. The price on their site was 24,799. I called to make sure that was the selling price, the Sales person confirmed it. Drove to the dealership and when the provide the OTD purchase prices, they had added $2800 to the price of the car. I told them I was from out of town before I drove in and still lied about it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Chris helped me in the whole process. He was a great help. The process was smooth. A little extra time was added before delivery owing to the delay in the paperwork process. Except that I would like to deal with them in the future as well.

They kept complaining about no help in the service department help when we sent our car in for 30k service. Which made us feel uncomfortable about having the service done correctly. Had an engine light on which put in the notes when we made the reservation.they said it would take 6 days to run a diagnostics if I was lucky. So I called up Volkswagen of Grapevine and they took us right in and did the test and fixed it the same day. We’ll be going here for now on.

My Sales Person Was Chris and he and the rest of the team was absolutely amazing! I was really dreading the car buying process and he made it all quick and easy, he listened to my wants and needs and Delivered! My car buying experience was the Best I have ever had I totally recommend making this your first Stop when needing a vehicle!

Last Thursday I bought a new Golf R and Saturday a new Atlas R - line edition.
Something I didn’t understand on the contract because take 2 days to be completed (email was not the right one) but want to say thanks for everything you explain it today and we will back soon to get the car number 8 we bought from Lewisville Volkswagen.

Tim was very professional and expedient at my concern with getting my car in right away and returned the next ot was an ignition problem. If I had one suggestion bring the car up and turn on the air for summer and heater for winter. So when the customer pays and gets in its wonderful.

No issues with buying my new Taos. It was a little hot closing the deal as they were under renovations and did it in a little trailer but that was no big deal as they are going to have a very nice facility when the construction is completed. Thanks Ivan for your help with buying my new car.

Exceptional Service when I needed to take in my Jetta for repairs. Everything was done great and in a timely matter. Rick was super sweet and helpful with questions I had. Also Max did a good Job Balancing My new tires which now has my Jetta driving like a dream! Best Dealership thus far.

Lee immediately sent me a video of the car I was interested when I called and provided great service, even after the purchase was complete. This dealer clearly takes pride in their customer service. I am very happy and would love to do business with them in the future. My experience at other dealers had been completely different. This place will take care of you.

I get my yearly maintenance service here which includes oil change and the required mileage service. People may go else where for their service BUT what gives me great peace of mind is any recalls are handled, they specifically know and can handle my car (obviously) AND something they started doing recently that I REALLY appreciate is they will record and text you their video inspection as they are doing it so you can see the status of your car (fluids, undercarriage of car, and air filters etc.) which really gives me comfort knowing they are taking care of my car and I know what is going on as well.

Melissa was amazing to work with. I valued her honesty and patience working through the issues with my vehicle. Would definitely recommend for their transparency and willingness to work with the individual needs of the customer.

Eric the salesman was amazing he was the only employee that actually came out of his desk to go outside and ask me if I needed help if it wasn't for him I was about to leave to another car dealership and take my business somewhere else. I ended up purchasing a car that day and enjoy driving my car.

This dealer uses an app to give you a summary of the vehicle directly from the mechanic. It's one of my favorite things as the information from the mechanic is far more objective and not a sales forward interaction. The work on my vehicle was done quicker than expected, even with the construction at the dealer.

It was great experience. Sales consultant made everything great, and patiently answered for all our questions. It was a short time to change our contract from financing to leasing.

This Lewisville Volkswagen is the place you should go. Simply you would pay less than other place, because the other vw dealer requires their mandatory (?) packages on the top of the price you already dealt which is not cheap. Miguel helped me alot to buy a Tiguan. I want to keep my Tiguan forever.

I appreciated the video that was texted to me so I could see what was going on and understand better the repairs that were needed and not needed. The tech was very informative. My service rep also came to the trailor where I was waiting to make sure that I understood what was going on and to give me a time update.

These guys get an A+ from me. I have been to several dealerships over the last two weeks and no one has been able to get me into a deal that works for me and my budget, but these guys did. DAYS with the other guys “working the numbers, ” but Andrew and the team at Lewisville VW got it done within 2 hours total. They got me into the car that I wanted for a price that works for me - we both win and I’m the happy owner of a new Volkswagen now.

Give these guys a shot. If they can’t make it happen for you, then it can’t happen anywhere else. I speak from experience. Start here and you won’t have to go anywhere else.
