This TEAM of professionals are always ALL ABOUT IT. I can come in drop off car and wait and take care of business in their multiple computer docking stations or wait comfortably in the lobby with multiple choices of complimentary refreshments. When finished I am confident that all was taken care of.and the complimentary car wash is truly the icing on the cake.
I have been servicing my vehicles at Lexus of Lakeway since they opened. Carl is my service advisor and he is the epitome of what customer service should be like. I cannot think of going to another dealership.

Excellent help from Steve Witt the Service Manager who went to great lengths to help me diagnose the problem of getting my car started so I could get it in. Once I got my car to their service department everything was top-‘notch- from the check in, the hospitality waiting area, the length of time for diagnosing the needed repair, to the loner car.
My car was ready on time and again pickup was easy and efficient.
In short- THE BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

The service staff, including my advisor Alan Gilley, at Lexus of Lakeway, provide me another great experience from drop off to pick up 5 days later. Been a multiple lexus owner for over 30 yrs.purchasing and service.
Currently own LX 570 and SC 430.
Does not sit well when next day charge appears in the amount of $10 for loaner car gas for 15 miles driven. Nor did the driveway orcashier attendant inquire if I put gas in?
Spoke to Steve who waived this amount.thank you Steve.
Other than that.top notch autos and service is why I am loyal to Lexus.
We have used this service team for our GX for the past two years. I would rate them six stars if I could. Always friendly and professional. Extremely good communication with me regarding planned work, duration of the work, and anything outside of the norm that is needing attention. I highly recommend them.
The team at Lakeway Lexus are wonderful to work with and they have the nicest service people. Judge was super helpful and very kind. Great customer service overall.
The one complaint that I have and that's the reason why I'm taking one star off, is this Lexus dealership didn't let me test drive their new LX 600. Being an avid Lexus owner, I was looking to upgrade to a new model. However, I certainly wasn't going to buy an expensive vehicle and NOT test drive it first!
Now I'm getting a Mercedes GSL instead. Lexus lost my business this time, sadly.
