Very fast and friendly staff. A lot of drivers show up before their appointment and can get offloaded, but sometimes the driver's are not patient and will get angry. Do not listen to these angry reviews like Andrew Lindemann says, if you are polite and patient they will always work with you!

We give these companies 2 hrs for free to load us or unload us we here 15mintures late because of a rd side inspection down the rd and because of those 15min they want me to wait 4hrs to try and work me in best part of this is that the docks are empty there is no other truck getting loaded or off loaded

Takes forever to get loaded. They won’t load earlier than your appt time, so don’t bother coming early. Park on the street outside of docks, beware, the street will fill up fast (especially in the a.m and become overly congested. Park first THEN check-in. They’ll call when your door is ready. Backing in the dock is simple but it’s tight on the last two doors. It’s only one way in and one way out… So there’s that.
I guess they’re supposed to tell you they’re done loading, but they didn’t with me. They shut their door and left the facility. No knock, no tap, no “yoo” nothing.

Super easy to find, very close to the freeway. Only come 10-15 minutes before your appointment. No street parking available maybe one the rest is make your own. Friendly staff easy check in. Decent size parking lot to back up easily unless you get the docks at the very end. Two hours minimum to get loaded.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Yes, no bathroom. None palletized loads, all hand loading. Still was in and out in less than 2 hours. Tight backing, but doable. No issues with any of the staff. Park on the street, and walk to the first door inside the fenced yard to check in. There you will fill out a form and be assigned a door. Once loading complete, they'll come to you with paperwork and seal. Not a bad place, but getting out of the area is tough! Maybe don't come with a bad attitude, and maybe things will go smoothly for you, like they did for me.

Avoid this place if u can they will keep 10 hours and they don’t even let u use the bathroom so if u coming to pick up from this place bring food and use bathroom before u come u will be ther 10 to 12 hours

No Star, they received the unloading papers at 9: 00am and they asked me for my phone number and they called me, I only had 4 unloadings ahead of me and they called me at 3: 30pm to lock me in 8 hours for the unloading and they are Racist with the Drivers because we do not have access to the restroom
