Took my mom to this furniture store because she wanted a new bedroom set. The salesperson did tell us that they did not have it in stock but in 2 weeks it would arrive. This was on Sept7 and here we are on October 11 and she has not received her bedroom set nor a phonecall from them. I did call and he said that due to covid it was going to arrive towards the middle of October. My mom called them and they threatened to sent her to collections and be fined and so on. My mom is an 80 yrd old lady that does not need this bs from them. Very disappointed with the outcome. She did not receive bedroom set, she paid for them to deliver it and to top it off now they called asking for payment.

Friendly staff, no pressure browsing, and most impressive, (during the pandemic) they check your temperature and make you use their hand sanitizer before you even go into the store, I thought this was great and I wish every store was doing it.

They screen customers before entry with temp checks. Very good customer service. Answered all my questions fast.

I have been looking for a sofa for a long time. I went to several furniture stores. I finally decided to go to LFD and I walked in and a representative greeted us at the door. He showed us many sofas. Finally I found the one. Got credit and they delivered the next day. Delivery man did a great job. We are happy. My new sofa had a small problem with the bottom hems and they came and took care of it right away. Perfect work and excellent experience worker.

The placed diseving promotion to bring customers into store. The salesman very persisting, they didn't have the living room set I wanted in stock and wanted for me to purchase it and wait a month to get it.

Really high prices and really high interest rates- don't buy here if you wanna save your wallet.

Although, didnt buy from them. They had some excellent deals. A difference of free delivery made our decision to go to another store.

Some what over priced for their liquidation area.but they will give you credit or at least help you out.great customer service.

I had a problem with my online order and I got in contact with Gregg the store owner. He was so rude he called me unreasonable and then hanged up the phone. After all the business we have given him. Over thousands of dollars, I just get called unreasonable and he hangs up. Wow. Seriously go find a better furniture store. Somewhere with less greed. This place deserves 0 stars.

They try to trick you into thinking you got a discount when in reality it is the regular price. Their warehouse staff is the worst!

Oh so rarely do I give 5 stars. I have 2 things I'm not a fan of that are my delivery which I prefer they be a little more careful with my new furniture. And the second chance financing offered through Acceptance Now. My issue with the Financing is technically apart from LFD itself. Let me say my Acceptance rep Angela, I believe, was great. It is the system itself which will crush you with interest if you are irresponsible (which technically wouldn't be their fault) OR if you pay the full term. You will PAY for that furniture. The math behind the amortization and the delivery of the information are murky and not because of the rep. Now that's out of the way.

Wow. We went over a few weeks span to Lacks Clearance (which I like), Martinez, Furniture Row, Ashley's, Ramirez Furniture and ended with LFD. I told my wife when we were across the street at Ramirez and it was hot outside and we still hadn't found the living room furniture that what if we go home and skip LFD and it's like a furniture wonderland? We laughed. So we went and we were blown away. First off we were greeted warmly in the Loft section which I thought was the extent of the store. Wrong. Second, our salesperson Yilian Perez was fantastic. She was helpful, knowledgeable, sweet and she entertained and conversed with our 3 yr old daughter. Within minutes my kid was calling her by name. The loft (basically clearance) section is incredibly stocked with beautiful furniture at excellent prices especially in the back. We went over to the showroom and it's like, well, a furniture wonderland. Is everything reasonably priced on that side in my opinion? No. You can pay $200 for a three foot fake tree. Are there great sales on sets and individual pieces? Yes. Many that rival or beat even online prices. Plus there's really attractive and different furniture unlike the boring and repetitive things in other stores. The displays are tactfully done. The store is comfortable and easy to navigate. Customer service for me was fabulous and I'm just a guy with a little family who made clear my budget and never felt less important in the process than if I went in with a briefcase of cash. If you have great credit or cash and you're not looking to go for super luxury goods like the $7,000 sofa, you will crush the hearts of all who come to your house for holiday or entertaining when they see your furniture. I hope you go and have the same experience I did. Ask for Yillian. Take your time. Get awesome furniture. These are the items we finally picked. Normally I photograph the store but I was really busy with it and my phone needed charging. Thanks LFD, definitely future customers here.
