I felt that Dr. Martinez was very knowledge about my illness. She was very kind and took the time to explain everything about the medication she prescribed for me and what of my medication I should not take with what she was prescribing. I really appreciated her thoroghness.

Felt like I had wasted my time as I had to go back the next week to get a correct diagnosis. I am now much better.

They took very good care of me. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail. She made sure I understood which one of my meds I could not take while on the covid med that she prescribed. She printed the list of meds I take and had me write her instructions on that list. That way I just look at the list.

Wonderful, caring people. Dr. Martinez was very thorough in treating me. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

DR.martinez-Nieves is GREAT she seen me and my granddaughter at the same time but for different reasons myself for a UTI, and granddaughter for Strep she is VERY thorough I am allergic to ALOT of medication so she has to be very careful of what she can give me to treat my symptoms so it does take some looking into and she does go through everything, she is a very good Dr I recommend her to anyone

Dr. Lianda M. Martinez-Nieves is a fantastic doctor! This is the second time she has treated me, at Providence Ascension Urgent Care. Both times, it was my good luck, to be there while she was working. She has such a wonderful bedside manner. And such a calming nature, that puts her patients at ease. She also, assess and diagnosis her patient very well. After her diagnosis, she explains and educates her patient, in the whys and hows, of the treatment that they need. Her kindness, attentiveness, and sweet care of her patients, is so refreshing! Some of the doctors that Providence Ascension employs are much too cocky and talk down to their patients. If I could have given Dr. Martinez-Nieves twenty stars, I would have!

Everything was ok until I went into the exam room. The lady that did preliminary work was not very friendly. Then I was told the doctor would be in in just a minute. I could hear a lot of talking. Almost 45 minutes I waited and decided to forget it and I left. I feel that long of a wait was totally not necessary. If the doctor was that busy one of the workers doing all the talking should have checked with me. Especially since I went there because of shortness of breath and some fluttering in my chest. Will most certainly not go there again.

They were all so very nice and welcoming. When she realized I truly needed to go on to the hospital they even gave me my money back
