Not even going to go into detail being they don't care to see the reviews and respectfully take the criticism and do something about it. Just know, they are rude, very unhelpful, and their system is wack.

I’ve never lived In a place that required my landlord to be the account holder, and not able to access or pay online because of it. My bills should be in MY name only and easily accessible to pay. We are not in the Stone Age anymore, get up to date with technology. I never receive a bill in the mail without a late charge, then when I call to pay the amount shown on the bill it’s always higher on the automated system. On top of paying outrageous water bills for my small family, the water is soft & slimy and the PH is so high that if you have a pool it requires extra maintenance and chemicals. Pool has gone green within 2 days each time I’ve added water. Also a 70$ reconnect fee? ! I’ll never buy a house here with greedy companies like this & look forward to moving out of this town because of it!

When I first moved here and inquired about an account I was told that I needed to handle paying the bill through my landlord. It’s 2021, don’t make paying the bill as inconvenient as possible so that you can charge outrageous reconnect fees.

Rude as hell, practically extortionists. HORRIBLE water quality and terrible service and customer service. Even when it's their fault, it's YOUR problem. This company either needs to clean house or be incorporated into the nearest water municipality. I'm absolutely disgusted.
