Nice clean place. Staff was very nice and professional. I enjoyed the overall experience and I was in and out quickly. Pricing was not too much and the doctor listened to my concerns and explained all risks associated with what I was having done. I will return in the future

Great staff! Great Dermatologists. Just a bit slow to get checked in and seen by provider sometimes. They are worth the wait though!

I went to liberty dermatology multiple years ago but hey hindsight is 20: 20. But I wanted to share my experience there now that I know better.
In 2019 with lesions on my chest, shoulder, and wrist. For years my PCP had brushed me off and said it was eczema despite the fact it never moved and almost looked like a bruise. I finally went to liberty dermatology. They clearly were stumped on what it was. They biopsied it and told me they’d tell me about my results. I waited. Waited some more. Then waited some more. Finally I called and asked if they had any results over a month later. The doctor got on the phone and very hurriedly told me that I had a rare autoimmune skin condition called morphea or topical scleroderma and that was it. Nothing else. I set up a follow up appointment, understandably nervous. I went in they printed me a packet explaining the condition and proceeded to tell me “if you have any trouble swallowing give us a call” and that they’d just keep an eye on it. Ultimately the doctor ended up deciding to remove a few pages from my packet because she didn’t want to scare me. And that was it. I’m not sure if you read you’re reviews but if you do: many patients with autoimmune diseases have multiple not just one. I did and I had another one that was very serious and that needed treatment. Your first step should have been to send me to rheumatologist. If you ever get another patient with what I had that’s what you need to do or really any autoimmune patient for that matter cause you clearly didn’t know what you were doing. If I would have gotten treatment then I could have prevented a lot of tissue damage and I lost time. If you don’t know what you’re doing just admit that to your patient so they can find someone who does.
My mother went into this same dermatologist with extreme atopic dermatitis with no discernible origin. The doctor there accused my mother of lying about what products she was using and insisting that she must still be using something she was allergic to and instead of actually trying to find a way to help her. Eventually she found another doctor and had to be put on immunosuppressants and has a suspected case of MCAS.

So word to the wise: if you have something abnormal, if you have complicated health issues, if you have autoimmune conditions, or hey if you just want a doctor with good bedside manner don’t go here. I’m sure they’re fine for accutane and steroid cream but anything beyond that is clearly out of their depth.

Always a great experience. Everyone is so kind, helpful and professional. I know there are closer offices we could go to but Liberty is well worth the 40 minute drive.

They are friendly but they are more interested in money than patient care. Had to pay ded before could see Dr, then they actually brought card reader into exam rm while I was half dressed to ask for addl $ before would perform biopsy. Needed surg. They wanted full $800 ded up front. I offered half down & 100/mo and they refused ANY pmt arrg. They even let me cancel the surg appt, proving they cared more about the money than my health.

Scheduling an appointment is always a 3-4 month wait! I needed to reschedule an appointment due to another medical procedure they advised me to have and was told it was a 3-month wait for a reschedule? I am supposed to be seen by their office for medical follow-up every 6 months, but now looking at 10 months for the follow-up. Not sure if it's the doctors or those scheduling that don't seem to care about their patient's health.

Despite my being an hour late for my appointment (my error) the staff graciously and promptly brought me into the treatment room and the examination by the doctor proceeded without delay. The entire staff was very professional and efficient. A thorough cancer screening was performed by the Dr, and she treated me promptly and flawlessly. As a physician myself I must complement Dr. Tran Dr Vo and all the staff at Liberty Dermatology for their top notch services.

I saw Dr. Vo for a skin lesion that required a biopsy. I found her and her staff to be extremely competent and professional. I would highly recommend Liberty Dermatology.

I have been to more dermatologists than I care to remember for over 45 years. Being fair complexed and working outdoors during my career, I'm now paying the price for past transgressions.
Liberty Dermatology has not disappointed! I have developed trust in their judgment, treatment recommendations and care.

Liberty Dermatology made an appointment available to me right away because my oncologist requested one because my cancer medication was causing me to have warts. They removed a total of 23 warts. 21 was frozen and the two largest cut off. They did a fabulous job. They caused me no pain! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I am in the office waiting while writing this review. I did not want to argue with the receptionist so decided to write this review. In terms of service and care, this place in phenomenal. However, billing is messed up. As per the staff and the doctor that did my biopsy, my next visit to remove stitches and getting my results would not cost anything if I paid the amount on the first visit which I did. To my surprise, I walk in for my follow up appointment and the first thing the receptionist asks me is for 29 dollars. Also the EOB from UHC does not match what i was charged. To reiterate, I would still rate the place 4 out of 5 for the care they provide. Their service and my experience with their prescribed medicine is 5/5.

I won't be returning here. I went a couple times, then they moved without telling anyone. And, their wait times for appointments are often MONTHS out. I even called them once and asked if they could squeeze me in because I was experiencing a number of itching, burning bumps and they wouldn't. So, I booked an appointment with another dermatologist. The receptionist called me this morning to confirm a follow up appt I made a while back, when I told her no, and explained why, her only response was "Ya know, it's all good. " Smh. They also didn't inform my wife that removing some skin tags would be painful, then proceeded to remove like 8 of them and she was in a fair amount of pain. Will never return here.

The office is well organized and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My wait time was very short and Dr. Vo was thorough in her examination and explanations.
