Liberty Kitchen & Oysterette-Memorial reviews
16Very surprised by this restaurant that I had an immediate craving the following day. The seafood was fresh and delicious. It was season well and my servers were exceptional! Her name, i dont remember but she was the only one wearing glasses. I gave her 100.00 tip. Everyone go show her some love
Great variety of menu items including Cajun and Japanese so it was an easy menu for varied tastes at our table. Fantastic happy hour specials on food and drinks until 6pm and hubby loved the Hamachi, salmon sashimi and oysters on the half and. Daughter had the HH sliders which I thought was a better option than they're more limited kids menu. Lobster shells were a little toasted/burnt from their broil in the oven but otherwise a good entree. Dessert chocolate filled churros were amazing and came as an order of 4 so it was a great dessert to share with the table.
Wonderful place I love the food the cashier in the main register was super nice and friendly. I went to eat with my girlfriend and they treated us really nice and wonderful. Also the the food is great. I would recommend this any day you should try it and fall in love with the food here.
Gumbo was cold and bitter. Had to return it. They offered daily special stew instead which was delicious but did not even bother to tell that it was $58 instead of the $16 gumbo I sent back! Service was lackluster.
The place it’s absolutely pretty, I love the patio, that water fountain in the background make it more enjoyable. The food is delicious, good variety but will be better if it’s warm… 3 stars based on my experience, could be seriously 5 stars.
The service was the worse, ok… was pretty bad… everything took longer than expected and they made all the possible mistakes, guessing the person in charge was new in the food/service business also the bar messed up drinks…. So I’m pretty sure the experience can be really good, just few changes.
I’m not giving up on this place, loving also how convenient the location is.
This is a nice little place. Cafe and lounge vibes are the same time. Atop by after work for a decent meal in a cool atmosphere. The food is above average for a chain. We were impressed with the selection. However I have to mention that the food takes a while to come out. When it finally comes, it's luke warm. We had to send our fries back. We would have sent all of our food back, but we were too hungry. Otherwise, it's nice.
Absolutely loved this place! It was our first time, it did not disappoint! Foor was great, drinks and Atmosphere! We will definitely be back.
Loved this place! Absolutely tasty entrée, great appetizers, cocktails, entrée and desert. Have house specials! Melissa was very friendly and very helpful with menu suggestions!
A local favorite, just wish I lived a little closer. This is a real gem with a clean but cozy feeling, with food and drinks to please everyone and excellent service. I always leave thinking I need to come here more often. Perfect for a mid-week treat or a special occasion. Try the lobster bisque!
Very noisy place, interior is pretending to be fancy but feels tasteless and uncomfortable. Service level is 2 out of 5. Food was okay. Definitely, there are places with much better $ vs quality ratio. P. S.and no live music on Friday.
The Truffle Burger with Arugula and Truffle Parmesan Fries was AMAZING! We devoured the Calamari and Deviled Eggs.
Food delish.
Waiter amazing.
We were a party of 4 and had a birthday party or get together and he was so awesome.
I love it here.
Came after work on a Friday night just for the live music oh my goodness it was a great evening.
I love this place.
On the corner of Bunker Hill and Gaylord Houston Texas.
I am in love with this place. $$$$ everything was wonderful. But the prices are way too high.
I've been waiting a few days to review because I wanted to let my experiences settle with me to ensure I gave this review justice. As I sit and reflect in my Vegas suite, trying to think of a restaurant that won't let me down for breakfast, I can't help but miss The Treehouse back in HTown. I visited this past weekend with hubby and the weekend before for the first time and alone. I live approximately 55 min away, so to return in such a short period when I am a VERY picky eater should be enough said. Let me first give attention to Chef Jennifer (my new friend in my head), Colin (thanks for the spot-on recommendations,) and Mayra. They 3 were definition of old school customer service at its best! You don't find that often anymore. The cocktails are great. The food? Phenomenal! Brunch both weekends hit the mark each time! Eggs in Purgatory (ask them to put Avocado top and sour cream if you're about that life) The Best of the best chargrilled oysters (and I've had my share and probably yours too! Of oysters all around the U. S. (parmesean/ butter and ask them to throw blackening seasoning on them- you see pictured with and without), the lobster Benedict and the crab cake Benedict too! (Now I'm a Louisiana girl and I was rooting for the crab cake. I mean I do every time but the fact that the lobster hit the crab cake over the head, I was pleasantly surprised. The crab cake was good, yes, but I started hyping the lobster up like Okaaaaay, you go girl!), the stuffed churros.all of it! Amazing! And I sat at the bar to watch other meals prepped to be served and I very much appreciated the care and love of each dish that went out to the tables. The beauty of it all, a symphony of sorts really. I wished I could have served each dish as it walked back to the tables because I just knew the big eyes, smiles, nods of admiration and open mouths were consistent! Liberty in the Trees, YES! You should be out here on the LV strip somewhere!
Great spot for Oysters but I also highly recommend the bacon jam and rolls. Absolutely delicious.
