Liberty Mutual Insurance - Brian Shull Agent, Katy TX

Will not use liberty again. Moved 96 a month to 108. Went with some 1 else an after 4 phone calls i got "oh your refund check is in the mail" its been 10 plus business days an no check. I dont think ill see my money. Had my home and car with this kid cody for some time too. Not this agency but you all need to know.

I have been with Liberty Mutual for several years now for both my homeowner's policy and my auto insurance. Brian Shull has been a wonderful agent. He always helps me figure out exactly what coverage I need, and he helps me get a great price. In addition, he returns calls in a timely manner, and he always follows through quickly on actions that need to be taken. He is both courteous and professional. I had a policy with 3 cars with Liberty Mutual for 10+ years and never had a accident or ticket. I canceled my policy to go with State Farm at a lower rate. After I was told that I could not get Roadside Assistance with State Farm, I decided to go back to Liberty Mutual, and add another paid off car to my policy. They would not reinstate my policy even though it was less than 30 days. My premiums went from $411 per month to over $1100 per month. I am staying with State Farm and adding AAA for my roadside assistance.

I never did talk to Brian. I called numerous times and I did get ahold of him on his way to the office and was told that he was going to call me right back. That never happened.

This my first review ever, Don't like the way the Customer Service at Corporate handles the renewal. Terrible experience. Never going back to them.
