9 Was getting charged for months and nothing was being done! Then canceled and still got charged
Scam-
This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. When you call to cancel, they tell you it’s canceled and you won’t be charged again. It’s a lie, they will continue to charge you. When you try and disunite it, they will deny that you cancelled and they want you to go in person to fill out paperwork.
It’s a scam and highly unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with them. Save yourself the headache.
I have called and emailed with no response. But they take money out of my account monthly. I have questions that can not get answered.
I’ve called multiple times, I’ve also emailed. No response! Very unprofessional! But they continue to charge my card after i already cancelled!
