Somewhat good availability of hats boy in the cashier was super helpful even though i did not find what i was looking for overall good experience

I'm from Kansas City, and I was visiting Dallas, Texas 06/01/2019 - 06/05/2019. I went to this store, and the guy that was working the counter did not greet nor acknowledge me. The hat selection is terrible. How in the world are you in Dallas Texas, and don't have any Special Edition Dallas Cowboys or Dallas Mavericks hats? They also did not have any specials going on neither. Very heartbroken, and disappointed.
