Tried to buy a hat and arrived at 8: 40pm on a Friday. Store is supposed to close at 9pm but the doors were locked and they wouldn't let me in. Didn't want my money I guess.
Customer service at lids North Star mall sucks! Lady with the red hair and glasses was rude and most definitely needs to fix her tone when speaking to customers! My husband went in to get a refund for hats I bought him for Christmas that didn’t fit him and she was absolutely rude to him and did not help him the way he needed to be helped, so I came back to get a cash refund the next day for my purchase on the same hats my husband went in for and she was rude to me as well I never disrespected or stepped out of professionalism but she did for no reason at all and I’m very upset with the service she provided to me and my husband.
