I had an amazing experience at the store this. Cameron helped me and was so diligent with our order. I placed an order for about 10 hats with 9 of them needing embroidery and the order was completed in the span of less than 2 hours. The order was so complicated that I made several mistakes explaining it but they all came out exactly how I wanted. Cameron is awesome and deserves a huge raise.
Had a great experience at this location. From day one, Cameron was very professional and helpful. Helped me pick out a great hat, and then helped me swap it out a few days later after I realized that my head was bigger than I thought. Also assisted with the creation of a custom logo, and when I brought the hat back in to have it embroidered, Cameron had it done in less than 20 minutes. All in all, a wonderful team and a great store!
I love shopping at this location! The store manager Cameron and the Assistant Manager Kawanda are the absolute SWEETEST people on earth! They were so engaging with me while choosing a hat and Cameron made my embroidery PERFECT! 10/10, shop here for the best!
