Two years now and counting on Life Fit Gym, first in Fuqua, now in Champions, the best, I don't change them, they challenge me and push me to the limit, to failure, always giving more and more, thank you, thank you, thank you! Thank you Victor, Thank you to all the Coaches Thank you Fabian!

The best gym I’ve ever experienced!
I have so much motivation due to the personal trainers Victor, Landon, Jessica, Raquel, Alex… great coaches! So much fun at the same time I’m working out and making myself physically and mentally better! I definitely recommend @LifeFitGym to you all! #LifeFitGym

I joined this gym 4 months postpartum and it has been a life changer! I’ve been attending for 8 months now and I’m feeling better than ever. The trainers and staff are always kind, patient and super helpful. They teach you form and techniques to maximize your performance and get the best out of your workout. Definitely recommend.

Joining Life Fit Gym has been a blessing. I enjoy my workouts and the instructors make sure to assist everyone. Never thought I would be able to keep up but, I was wrong Thanks to the Amazing staff for their support Victor, Landon, Jessica & Gabi for being so helpful.

Great work outs. I love the environmental work outs they help me to feel like i burn more calories than inside an air condition gym. I love the unified work outs with in our chosen stations. The trainers are great friendly encouragers. I love the different body workout everyday.

This is the best Gym I have ever visit. Honestly isn’t about the Gym, is all about the people who works there who makes this place perfect. Trainers are very nice and professional, they make me feel confident. In love with this place!

I think this place is amazing! I've never been to a gym before and was worried I wouldn't know how to do anything, but the coaches are so helpful. They will do a demonstration with the equipment and will come and help you with your form.
I like that each class focuses on a different part of the body. The coaches, as well as working as a group, really help me stay motivated.
I feel I made the right choice coming here. Definitely recommend!

I don’t give 5 stars to any business as there is always room for improvement. LifeFit is always looking at ways to improve (I pay attention to that) and they listen to their customers. They don’t settle for being an “ok gym”. The coaches are great, easy to get along with and know that “true” coaching varies from client to client. They don’t coach everyone the same way. I feel at home at this gym with the coaches and the other members. #LifeFitGym4Lyfe #LFGFitFam

Been going for over three month. Finally found place that has coaches that teaches you form and endurance. I have no set goals. Just want to feel healthy, strong, and fit. I have no doubt I'm headed in the right direction with Life Fit.

Love this gym. I been looking for a place where I can lift weights safely with an instructor and this gym gives me that. Also the price is awesome. Cheaper than a personal trainer for sure

This gym is fantastic. The instructors help me ensure my form is correct, and they help motivate me.
