Rented MA628: LUCKY MARLIN over Labor Day weekend checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday

House is clean, pool is clean
Doesn’t seem like the house is maintenance, bathroom lights were out in two of the bathrooms upstairs, several lights out in the house ended up swapping lights ourself, till they could come the next day. Cable was also out and while there replacing light bulbs Service tech attempted to get cable to work, but said it was a spectrum issue. We called spectrum and there was a report previously of cable issue, but not resolved as it needed account holders approval to resolve or reset their cable

Lucky us we did have our phones to watch the football game.
Reached out to the office and was told we’d get a call back, still waiting on that phone call

Only reason of mentioning is it’s listed as an amenities, that we didn’t get to use.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rental we had wasn't to far from the beach and was close to stores & places to eat. The pool was relaxing we really enjoyed our time by the pool it was tranquil and relaxing. I would definitely stay at the property we rented again! But we have actually booked another stay for next month with Life in Paradise rentals at another location! The check-in was smooth as well as check-out! I definitely recommend booking with them!

We had a great experience using Life in Paradise for our vacation rental. Not only did we enjoy the property and location but the service was hands down the best. When first booking our room, the price showed $200 less than was actually charged after clicking submit. Seemed like a glitch. Contacted Life in Paradise and provided all information including screenshot of initial price. They couldn't identify cause of issue but rectified quickly and charged the original price I was quoted and included extra $10 credit for beach equipment rental. My daughter also accidently left her purse there (she thought she left at restaurant night before and was trying to contact them to find). Life in Paradise called me the following day and informed me housekeeping found her purse and would be leaving at main office. Once it was at the office, another representative called to inform me about the purse as well. Fortunately, my daughter lived nearby and was able to pick it up. Everything was still there including over $100 cash. We really appreciated the honesty and ensuring we were informed of the situation. Thank you for all your assistance with our trip!

This beach house was a perfect fit for my family of 6. It is conveniently located with easy access to the beach and town. Parking was a plus. We parked 3 vehicles and two golf carts with room to spare. Looking forward to staying here again!

We ended up arriving at around 8pm, and pulling up to a staffed security check in table to greet us with parking tags, instructions, property map, etc.was really nice. The room itself was really nice with a narrow entry into a galley style kitchen that spills into a spacious living/bedroom. Tucked away was the bathroom. Everything was very clean and neat. It made it easy to settle in quickly and give us an opportunity to check out one of the two sizable pools that was across the parking lot from the room which our son was a big fan of. We turned in for the night, and my wife and I had a really good night’s sleep. We had been told that our room was in a building right next to the boardwalk to the beach, and it had a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing feet. It was so easy to get to the beach, but it may be a little tricky for those with loaded beach carts getting up and down a few steps. We hopped in our car for grabbing meals down the street. Nothing was very far. Loved our stay! I forgot to take photos of the room, so I posted photos of some of the property amenities.

Our rental was spectacular, super clean I love that they leave extra towels. The beds were very comfortable and the AC was very cold! Will would love to come back and stay at this unit next time.

Beautiful condo and a great location. The place was clean, cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed it so much! Will be returning next time.

Comfy beds! There is some dusting that needs to be done under bed hard to reach areas and you can see filter is dirty but other than that very clean:)

Very friendly staff, house was perfect for us. Clean, pretty much everything we needed. Bonus, we had our own pool, not a community pool. Golfcart was included with the house, just overall great experience.

This was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. The condo was perfect size for 2 people and can even accommodate another two adults. The condo was very clean and had every amenity you need to be away from home. Right in front is the pool and it’s perfect for hanging out and relaxing. We pretty much had it to ourselves the first night. Staff with life in paradise helped us out after hours with a quick response when we forgot our code. We will definitely rent again with this company. Location was close to all restaurants and shops. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Super cute condo perfect for a family of 6. Shortest walk to the beach over the boardwalk, never having to leave the property. Easy to return from beach to condo for lunch. Condo has plenty of things you need (trash bags, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, pots, and pans). There aren’t spices or condiments so be sure you pick up that stuff. Keyless entry, internet, and tvs all worked perfectly. The property has two pools, laundromat, basketball court, and grills. Would definitely recommend.

Our family had a great vacation. We had 1 small air conditioning issue and was fixed within the hour. Plenty of room for my family

This place is very close to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. We had no issues in our stay. There are plenty of restaurants to walk to from the room. Great location.

We enjoyed our stay with life in paradise. The condo was very clean and very spacious, amazing views and had everything we needed. The property was great with 2 pools and very close to the beach. We are already looking to book for next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Life in Paradise has been an excellent property management company for our rentals. Sheila Garza is absolutely amazing! She consistently goes above and beyond for us. We live 5 hours away from our properties and often need help with random things. Sheila takes care of everything. She is always responsive and so helpful. I’m not sure we could own distant rental properties without knowing Sheila was only a call or text away.

We stayed at Mustang Towers to spend a few days before we moved our son into TAMU CC. We manage vacation rentals ourselves, so I'm pretty picky, and we were very impressed with the condition and cleanliness of this condo! Great place! Highly recommended!
