Had a appointment at 9: 30 am no show was there for 30 to 40 mins also I think it's outrageous that I'm being charged $50 to have my own lock cut my vehicle was stolen at gun point with my purse and cell fone so I'm needing to have my lock cut and place another one but $50 that is CRAZY! VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED ON THE AMOUNT TO CUT MY OWN LOCK THAT I PURCHASED FROM OFFICE
This place is pretty good! Vivian is cheerful and attentive with any questions or concerns I've had.all my belongings are safe and secure couldn't ask for more!
Do not choose this place! The rent goes up by 40$ every 2 months for no reason. Very shady company
If I could give 10 stars I would definitely do so. Vivian was extremely professional courteous and most helpful right from the start. Very dedicated to her job and keeps the area very clean too. I could of gone with another storage but her friendly attitude and better price help me make the right choice.
