Kylee and maybe Cynthia (sorry if that’s wrong!) we’re both super friendly and helpful. Made sure to give me all the relevant information and no push sales tactics. Super pleased to have a place so convenient.

Exceptional customer service is a rare to come by these days, but WOW did Kayla do an AMAZING job yesterday. She made the reservation process so simple and enjoyable; we were in/out in about 30 minutes. She explained everything to us up front, so there were no hidden fees we weren't expecting.

The grounds were clean, and obviously are kept up with. We really enjoyed the automatic doors, elevators and carts. It literally took us about 4-5 hours to load our U-Haul and only barely 1 hour to place into storage.

The climate-controlled area is monitored with cameras for added peace of mind and all doors are locked with a keypad. The storage facility itself was very clean.

10/10 would recommend to family or friends, my ONLY wish was that they had a vending machine or water fountain onsite-we were very thirsty for some cold water after moving. I can rest easy knowing for a fact that my items are SAFE and SECURE.

I loved the easy online set up. The clean and well kept site made me at ease about leaving my things there.

Storage was clean and air conditioned. No one in the area had any storage. My granddaughter attends Texas State and needed a small rental space due to moving. This company was able to accommodate us when no one else could!

Dina and Karen were amazing! Good customer service is hard to find these days and they were definitely the example of excellent customer service and knowledge. They helped us through a stressful situation and we left there not only with what we needed but with a more positive outlook on life itself. We had to pick up something at night and it was scary. They have a lot of exterior lights but they don't work. And our cube unit has no light. Can't wait to get my stuff out of there.
