Austin was a very professional and enthusiastic assistant manager and explained everything in detail with very amusing banter. Enjoyable experience to be around!

I walked in today and Tina helped me, very professional answered all my questions and gave me a tour. Very happy with how things went from getting a tour seeing the storage units and the process of getting one. Tina is awesome!

Kept all my stuff safe and climate controlled at an affordable price while I was homeless/unhoused

Austin helped me out today he was outstanding he was. Handling a rough situation but was able to be fast and professional level Definitely will come back for his service!

Please explain how a customer gets access to carts and the office is Closed at 4: 30PM on a Tuesday. This is only my second day of being in the company and I'm already looking forward to moving out. How does customer service work here if both employees are gone and have a Sign on the door stating they'll return at 5: 55PM and it's only 4: 30PM. I have pictures yes Please explain.

On 04-29-23 yesterday l treated very rude and unprofessional by Austin S. (Assistant Property Manager). It first started when I arrived he was standing in front of the building smoking a cigarette. As he turned around and started walking
towards the front door entrance blowing cigarette smoke out ofhis mouth that came in my direction that g ot into my clothing and affected my allergies. Second thing that happened that he tried to charge me for lock after I explained to him over and over that the locker had been waived. I wasn't Nicole in Customer service had to speak to him before he finally accepted that I was telling him the truth. I noticed that through out the process he talked in a very demeaning tone of voice. He was very very argumentative. And several times he mentioned that we have the right refuse service.
On today 04-30-23 I stopped and explained to Tina, M.exactly what happened to me on yesterday 04-29-23 by Austin, S.and what came from Tina, M.was that he was busy busy helping other customers which was a lie. Tina, M.is trying to cover up for Austin, S. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lastly, he did not do any kind of demonstration on how to use the complicated lock that he gave me. Also, I felt like Tina, M.was being unprofessional by walking p ast my storage unit around 15 minutes after my meeting with her about Austin S.behavior she had a clip board in her hand walking very slow.
