Life Storage - Benbrook

I rented this space specifically due to the price and location. They charged me for a $25.00 lock that was supposed to be in the unit, but it wasn’t. I had to call the office who indicated they credited it to my acct. Just paid the 1st months bill and it wasn’t credited. Frustrating! Now I have to take additional time to go thru the whole refund again. One & done is what I like and expect from the companies with. I don’t want to have to continue following up or contacting 2,3 or 4 times to get a simple issue resolved. I rented online and it’s an automatic process and charge so I didn’t have a choice not to get it. Now I’m having to play hell to get it back. The unit itself is what I expected. I would have rated higher if the lock issue had been resolved as they said it was.

Everytime I come into the office Alexis is always there to great me with a smile and is always there to answer my questions. We need more people like her helping and directing me in my situations. I give her 10 plus star

I haven’t had a single issue since I started renting a storage unit about a year ago. Even when my payment didn’t go through due to changing cards, Patrice gave me a courtesy call which allowed me to complete my payment and update the card on file. Most companies will let you miss payments and are too lazy to reach out this this was really appreciated. Thank you Patrice, you were very professional and kind.

We are older and having issues with getting our info on the computer. We went into Life Storage and Alexa walked us through the process and got us signed up. She was kind, patient and and an exemplary employee.

Alexis was so helpful today with our unit research. Wasn’t sure if it was gonna fit and she walked us to the space so we could check it out.
