I really had a great experience here. Rachel and Brandy are friendly and helpful. Unfortately there was not a unit available in the size I needed but I am going to wait for one at this site because of them. I recommend going to this location. Very much worth it. Keep up the good work.

Online payments are easy to make. However I rented this storage two-and-a-half years, and the rent has gone up three times! Started paying $82 and now my payment is up to $150 a month! Ridiculous!

As as I walked into the door, the receptionist was courteous and friendly. She explained what size storage were available, so I chose the perfect one for me. [Great professional service]

Walk in to check out pricing and availability. Rachel and Brandy are both very nice and go out of there way to help. Sadly at this time they did not have the size I needed but I will be calling back to check the availability of the size I want.

They misinformed me about space termination then proceeded to unlock it early and remove my things, roughly $150,000 dollars worth of stuff. Then the manager said the city got it from the dumpster on site. I called a higher up and all of the sudden the manager shows up with some of my power tools but nothing else. Especially not my 12,000 stereo. Thieves and crooks. Stay away.
