Last minute online rental, black friday price was good and process to rent on line was straight forward. Facility and remote customer support were excellent during the process (especially during the holiday weekend)

I rented a unit at the Life Storage on Blanco. Ms Cami was so nice and helpful. She came to my aid twice. It's like a maze. I got turned around.
Her manager was there at the time. She and the other associate were very nice. I recommend this storage place if you live in the area. FIVE STARS.

By far the best storage unit place in town! The management team has been extremely helpful and gone the extra mile for me so many times I've lost count. They are gracious and easy to work with and I cannot wait to send them more business in the future!

Zero Stars. I rented a storage unit in February inside.climate controlled.this facility let someone rent a unit next too mine and put mothballs in there unit. The whole hall way smelled of naphthalene.a toxic chemical to pets and children. (mothballs should be stored in closed containers.this tenet next to my unit obviously just put them in corners of there unit) My bed, clothes, couch, luggage, and all items that were cloth ruined. I had to dump over 3K worth of my belongings. After weeks of trying to neutralize with baking soda, activated charcoal, cedar ect.nothing worked. Insurance they sold me did not cover damages.had to call multiple times to try and get refunded any money. Sandra regional manager didn’t return calls, local site dodged my calls. Lease terms state: No tenet shall store odors or toxic chemicals.clear violation of there own agreement. OSHA violation. I still have naphthalene smells in whatever clothes I have left. BEWARE. DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS WITH LIFE STORAGE.they allow people to store toxic chemicals. This site knows who I am and I am still working with a lawyer to sue Life Storage.

The staff have always been very kind and helpful! The place is always kept very clean and organized. This is a great place to have an office or a storage unit!

Life Storage is one of the best storage facilities I've ever been to. The staff was very polite and very helpful and quick to helping me get all my stuff into a storage. I was able to get everything back in storage and still had time to go to a concert with my son which was in Austin Texas.

Love this Life Storage location! Clean with excellent customer service. Pamela that works the front desk is professional, extremely competent, helpful, and went out of her way to ensure we had the best experience possible. Can’t recommend enough!
