Great service! I purchased a space online and the process was smooth and contactless. The storage spaces are clean as well.

Dawn, the store manager is the best. She meticulously opened up my account and made sure it was set up within 30 mins over the phone. I did not even have to go to the facility and everything was taken care over the phone. Dawn, is very professional, courteous and kind! I'm very glad to have a storage unit in her facility, she went above and beyond to assist me and I am very thankful to her!

I had a great experience with Life Storage at their Plano branch (2845 McDermott Place). Working with Dawn (Unit Manager) initially was a wonderful experience who helped me pick the right sized storage space. She was extremely professional and listened to my needs and did not try to oversell me a larger size storage unit. She also made me comfortable with the security around the premises which helped me in my final decision. If I have to use a storage location again to keep my belongings, I will definitely pick Life Storage - Plano again.

I don’t even know where to start. Dawn might be the most nicest person I’ve ever met. Her 5 star reviews brought me in. When I first arrived and spoke with her I was like wow. She went above and beyond to get me into a unit while having problems with the internet. I myself wasn’t able to book online due to internet connection issues. Then most recently drove all the way to my storage unit, forgot my wallet at home and couldn’t remember my password. She quickly verified my identity and reissued my password. I promise Dawn is hands down the best Manager I’ve ever met. Don’t take my word go see for yourself. Thanks Dawn!

Dawn was great! I like the fact that when you call, they have all your information pulled up. Quick and easy!

Very clean and spacious storage. Friendly and professional stuff. I recommend this location. It’s also in a very nice area. I feel safe coming here at night also because it’s very well lit and there are cameras everywhere and has a gated entry.
