Lifetime Dental Care, Katy TX

Came here with my husband. I needed a cleaning and he had a problem with is tooth. Doctor is a con artist. Just to pull a tooth that could have been saved over 2k. Then wanted to bridge the space. We were looking to pay over 3k. Put down 200$ to book an appointment to pull the tooth and one filling. Also made him get a Panoramic that was not cover by our insurance. 142$ for a Panoramic. We were still unsatisfied. We sought out a second opinion. 1500$ to save it. Root canal and fillings and a cleaning. Called Lifetime back to cancel appointment and to return our 200$. This took place on March 3rd 2020. Called a month ago. Their person that does it is still not in to return it. We have to call when they are there. They can’t or not capable getting a message or called us back to return our money. I wake up today to having an appointment set up for me on September 3rd at 10 pm. I have not schedule anything and never will. If you have an emergency or in pain and need real help and not want to be con out of your money avoid this place. Try Floss on 21945 Katy Fwy suite d, Katy, TX 77450! I do not work for Floss or associated other than just being a patient. My husband will be calling to get that money. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Been using them for years and even though its across town I don't mind the drive to get the best dental care around!

I was very nervous to return for a dental visit after my last experience at a different dentist in another state was pretty traumatic. I was welcomed and put at ease once I explained why I was nervous. I was listened to and I left with clean teeth and a smile on my face! Can't complain at at all!

Dr. Nino is the absolute best Dentist I have ever seen. His care, attention, professionalism and expertise are second to none and he truly cares about his patients and in determining the right course of treatment. He was patient, understanding and explained my situation in laymans terms so that I clearly understood my options. Only wish there were six stars to rate him and his practice!

Horrible experience, I've had to get my crown re cemented twice in 1 year. They don't fix things properly. The last time I got it re cemented the Dr told me " its just for pictures so be careful". All they care about is money and I will never return to this dentistry office.

Not only are they very courteous and caring but they will also take the time to explain any plan of action if needed to make sure you and your family will have and maintain healthy gums and teeth.
