Bought a chandelier on the floor and absolutely loved it. They said they would keep it in their warehouse until I could come pick it up. When I did, they said they "lost" it inside their warehouse. They "looked" for it for an hour while I sat in my car and eventually said they would call me when they found it. After several back and forth calls, they then said it was in Houston because it "broke" and that is was damaged so bad when they took it down that it was no longer sellable.
So what really happened is: they sold me a chandelier, then sold it to someone else after and made up a really bad lie to cover their tracks. They have nice lights but I would NEVER count on them to actually deliver on what they sell you. Completely untrustworthy company.

I have been coming here for many years. The group of lighting specialist are super knowledgeable and are amazing at what they do. Everyone i speak to has been so professional and helpful! They made the vision for our home come to life! I will be reccommending to all my friends!

Awful customer service and very entitled. It is an absolute shame that they are doing so well that they think they can treat customers like a burden or be dismissive of them because they have an issue. Join another work force or group if you can’t handle customer service. Absolutely abysmal service.

I am an interior Designer and one of my favorite items to buy for a home is lighting. I was new to Lighting Inc, as I have been loyal to other lighting companies. Working with Claudia was an absolute joy. She has a good eye for their product and design, which made my job easier and more fun. The selection is great and the showroom is beautiful. I will certainly work with them again.
