Lil One's Daycare Emporium LLC, Houston TX

My children has been coming since 2019.since October when Ashely left it's been HELL! Currently in the process of looking for a new daycare! They switched management in never informed ALL the parents! Just go in and see new faces that act like they don't want to speak! My children not do I need that energy! BRING ASHLEY BACK!

This place gets 5 stars because they are open until 8. The staff is friendly and approachable. I feel like my children are in good hands here.

My son has been here for almost a year and we definitely love coming here everyday! After leaving our previous daycare due to issues I was beyond nervous but Ms. Ashley and her crew welcomed my baby with loving arms. They have helped so much with his day to day development not only teaching him but making sure to keep a personal connection as well!

This is a great place to take your children. Although my son did not stay long I enjoyed the facility and the staff was friendly and inviting.

This daycare is one of the most loving, wonderful, and joyful place to send your kids. The director Ashley S is the best! Along with the staff Ms C, Ms A & Ms G. They make sure every child is in good care. Every child is treated the same with love and happiness. If your looking for a place for your kids this daycare is a 10/10 recommended

It’s taken me awhile to decide whether giving this center a review was even worth it. But after switching to another place and seeing the leaps and bounds of progress within my two children, I knew I needed to say something to warn future parents of this place. My 1.5 & 2.5 year old went here for 3 months.

The teacher/student ratio is beyond illegal.
They were severely short staffed and had random contracted people coming in and out week after week. Your child can’t get comfortable with those constant changes and different personalities taking over their class.

There were times I’d pick them up and there were babies just a few months old, in the same room as the 5-7 year olds. The after school kids would always be harassing the younger children and babies. This also meant my 1.5 & 2.5 year old we’re being subjected to being picked on by older kids.

There was a time I had to tell the kids to leave a baby alone because there was 3 of them surrounding the child who was in a strapped in bouncer and was noticeably upset.

They don’t update the brightwheel account like they advertise they would. I had to personally speak with the director to ask her to send pictures as this was their first daycare experience and I was worried. Nothing ever changed. They simply don’t have the capacity to care.

My son was bit 4x here in a span of a month. By the same kid. The director lied and said she expelled the child after the 3rd time, so I sent him the next day and he was bit AGAIN, by THE SAME KID, ON MY SONS BIRTHDAY. I was called and told he was NOW being suspended, but I’d had enough at that point and didn’t bring them back.

Please steer clear from this center.
