Adriana worked with me for months in finding my new home. We went through many adventures in being outbid, owners not responding, etc. But in the end we made the deal that worked for me. She set up a portal so that I could keep up with updated listings at my leisure. I will for sure be using her to sell my house when the time comes and we will start off on a new search! Adriana Castro Owner of Limelight Real Estate Firm is terrible and lacked real estate knowledge especially for an owner/associate broker. Adriana tried to control my decisions regarding offers and how much earnest money deposit should be from a buyer not caring about my opinion so she could get what she wanted. Adriana did not know how to properly fill out a real estate purchase contract as I mentioned to Adriana she filled out the real estate purchase contract incorrectly then Adriana corrected the real estate purchase contract. Adriana did not know anything about property tax exemptions having no idea that 1 with an exemption could pay thier property taxes Quarterly which mattered at closing as also the Escrow Office Adriana works with regularly also was also incompetent about property tax exemptions trying to claim something false about that. I proved to Adriana it was true what I stated and Adriana let the Escrow Officer know and the Escrow Officer corrected it regarding property taxe but had I listened to Adriana or the Escrow Officer regarding property taxes I would have had $ incorrectly deducted from my proceeds! Adriana only has 1 assistant Manny who isn't a licensed real estate agent but is quite involved answering Adriana calls or text the client. Adriana office is unprofessional, no reception no one at all at the front, front door was locked and had to be unlocked when I arrived for 2 appointments with Adriana on 2 different days, a man yelling across the room to Adriana during our appointment and Adriana was always late for our appointments at her office. Adriana stated I was under contract when I wasn't as contract was missing an intial from the buyer to be under contract but Adriana didn't care just wanted the process to go as fast as possible so Adriana could get paid as fast as possible which Adriana again got corrected after I let her know but a client shouldn't have to let an owner/associate broker know, the real estate professional should know on thier own. Adriana had no respect basically wanting to let any potential buyer at my former house with little or almost no notice whenever 1 wanted to while I was residing there 24/7.

Adriana and Manny went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect home. Always keeping me on the loop of everything going on.

I had a great experience buying a home. Adriana has help me in my journey to buying a home and has answered all my questions.

It was a great experience, Adriana was always on top of everything asking us every step of the way how we were doing and what was needed for us. Unfortunately we were not approved for the loan of the property and Adriana also help us to resolve that promptly.

When she helped us sell a house a couple years ago. She’s was instrumental in getting the house ready. Her team handled the cleaning, repairs and marketing which led to a successful sale.

With the current purchase, she was available at all times handling questions and concerns. She’s very prompt and not afraid to find/get your answers.
