Twice this Dr. Has saved my life this last time was open heart surgery I would recommend him to any family or friends he really cares

Dr. Lin did a quadruple bypass on me 4 years and six months ago and he and his staff are second to NONE! What GREAT down to earth, real guy. Amazing to say the least. Even the staff at Hugley hospital think the WORLD of him. They say he's the BEST around and they would know. Thank you Dr. Lin.

I have nothing but positive things to say regarding Dr. Lin. He performed surgery on me 6 weeks ago and did 5 bypasses. He and his team were wonderful. He communicated the risks and dangers beforehand, then his follow-up was awesome. Dr. Lin and his team were instruments of God in saving my life and I will always be thankful for him.

By far the worst cardiac surgeon ever. Left surgery to go do other procedures knowing my husband was bleeding and unable to come off bypass. Couldn’t get bleeding stopped from Dr Lin’s surgery and had to have 28 units of blood and 20 units of plasm, ECMO from Baylor Dallas sent by helicopter. Dr Raphael at Baylor got bleeding stopped in 15 minutes after Jay died 3 times because of Dr Lin! BEWARE!

Dr. Lin is awesome and does a great job, but his office manager, Tracy Hughes has no phone etiquette and is very rude when speaking. All I said was hello, and she just took off speaking in a rude and demeaning manner. After she was done, I said something to her regarding her tone, and she said well I'm just doing my job. If "just doing your job" requires her to speak like this to people then she need to be placed on some type of disciplinary or probation. I see I'm not the only person to complain about her. Can't blame race on this when your an a** by nature. I almost didn't give a rats behind if my balance went to collections because of her. However, I paid it off with the nice lady she transferred me to in order to complete my payment. #bewareoftracy #badbusinesstracy #changeyourtonetracy

My complaint is not with Dr. Kin who seemed to be a very adept physician. My complaint is with his billing department. Tracy in billing is abrasive and rude. She, according to BCBS, was overpaid for a claim on my spouse and now refuses to admit that it is her office in error. She also has called and threatened me and was abusive to the BCBS claims rep that I had contact her to settle this dispute. BEWARE of this person. Dr. Lin needs to replace this person with someone who is competent at their job before she further damages Dr. Lin's good reputation.

He Is really great at what he does, and truly cares about his patients. His staff is awesome as well. They make an amazing team!

I'd highly recommend Dr. J. Lin to anyone. He is awesome this year he took care of my brother in law twice. He is a very caring doctor an person. Willing to explain to you every step of surgery an recovery. His staff that is in surgery were very kind as will.
