They are the nicest people may God bless them all! I went inside to ask if my mom was able to buy some stuff for her nebulizer without prescription and they just handed me the stuff that she needed and told me that she could just have it on them because they couldn't run a card payment for a dollar something. We would definitely recommend this business

I have to give lincare in Amarillo 5 stars i am here from another state with my portable.i've used portables for 8 years with no problem. Was awakened by a beeping sound early this morning. Dead portable, o2 stats at 68. I am visiting a parent who is in a nursing facility, they say they can't give me oxygen. I am too out of breath to even panic. I called Lincare at 2: 30ish AM, explained the situation and they had a guy out, bringing me tanks in about 15 minutes. I knew I would not be able to get a portable to use, so any o2 was appreciated. He told me that when I got down to one full bottle, call them back and he would bring more. And when I got ready to head back home he would give enough tanks to get me there safely. Lincare saved my life. Thank you so much.
The staff is super helpful and friendly. They’re attentive and made sure I had everything I needed and understood how it all worked. Always a pleasure talking to them.

Was told when I left the hospital I could have a smaller portable no. Call them they told me I could not have one for 30 days. Tell them I could not handle this big portable do it I need to put it in a wagon or what. Was told I can put it in whatever I wanted to. Calling my doctor had going to have them pick this stuff up and go with someone else. They are not the only oxygen people in this town. How rude
I have tried all day today to get in touch of the billing department two different times I was holding on for 45 minutes each time and now there threatening me to turn it over to collection and they told my bill was 253.00 and that covered 2 and a half months and it started on 8/12/21. And I called for pickup on 11/1/21 they picked it up on11/5/21 and billed me for 3 months. Now they are wanting another 437.83 that makes it right at 700.00 for oxygen for 85 days I would not recommend them for anything
