The customer service is just terrible. Hold times are long and when you finally get a rep on the line they are exceptionally rude and any information they give you is misleading and different depending on the individual you get on the line. NEVER believe them when they say they’ll call you back. It’s a lie.

This was my first visit to LinCare. Andrea Jones was very helpful with determining the right equipment for me. She fitted me with various masks to ensure I selected the one that was most comfortable. She was thorough in explaining the appropriate usage of the CPAC’s components. Andrea informed me that she would be available at any time to assist me through this transition.

This is my first time having to deal with a CPAP machine and Andrea was wonderful. She was very patient explained everything and made sure I understood. She called me the next day to check on me and I had issues with it and she asked me to come in and she would help me figure it out. Thank you Andrea for all of your great help and knowledge.

My mother just had her fitting for her biPAP and Andrea was our tech. She was very kind and really helpful in answering our questions. She was also quick to get a new mask ordered for us after we suspected there were issues with the one that came with the machine.

This is my first cpap. I met with Andrea yesterday, June 21st, she was most helpful. Andrea answered all my questions. She called me today to see how things went for my first night. Thank you Andrea for all of your support. I feel confident that I can call on you when and if I need you. Thank you for all that you do.

Tammy is absolutely the best rep in the world she goes above and beyond for all of her customers/patients, rather it be oxygen or sleep supplies she is always there, 10/10 would send anyone to her! The team here in garland is absolutely amazing!

I had an in-clinic appointment with Andrea about a mask issue that I'm currently having. She was very helpful with my uncertainty about choosing a suitable mask for me, she provided different options and suggested that I try a new mask to replace the current one. She was patient and kind, with my follow-up call inquiring when I would be receiving my new face mask Thanks Andrea I appreciate your professionalism.

Great customer service and the office has been easy to get in contact with so far. Andrea J.was our technician; she was knowledgeable and thorough. She also was very kind and patient, taking the time to answer all of my elderly father's questions.

I’m a former employee I got let go for no reason I spend 74.99 just so my HP can work properly and they fired me because my camera wouldn’t work through teams LINCARE is very races they want to you tell they A** for a job I didn’t everything in my power to make sure my system was working and still got let go they are very strict and they talk to you crazy 0 stars I don’t recommend nobody to work there is THIS WAS WORK FROM HOME NOW IM JOBLESS AND A SINGLE MOTHER OF 3 I have bills to pay! I wish somebody from corporate call me or reach out VIA email.

Horrible and no service at all. It is a trap that you can't get out of it. Their call center is also useless and can't help on any matters.

Overall terrible customer service. Waited on cell phone for over 25 minutes to talk to someone. I finally hung up. I don't know how a person is supposed to contact them. I regret every time I have tried to contact them, unfortunately I was referred to the by my primary Physician.
