Lincoln Properties inquired Legacy at Chase Oak and it’s been a nightmare. They came in a fired everyone and put their own ppl in who don’t care about this community at all. At first my Emergency W/O would be completed same day.now I’m in a one bed room with NO toilet to use. I called twice 2pm and 4: 45pm yesterday to confirm my W/O would be done and NOTHING was done. I was told it’s was the maintenance fault.as if it matters. So now my apt smells.oh and I have a toddler who’s potty training but no one cares. They go home and just leave ppl with clogged toilets. It’s disgusting! Oh and this is a monthly issue…
