The scheduler has for the second year in a row scheduled my physical on a day when the doctor won’t do physicals. So after waiting two months for the appointment I’ve been told it will be four and a half months before she has another opening. Dr Parker was great but if you can’t see her it doesn’t really matter.

I've been going to Dr. Parker for 13 years now. Dr. Parker is a very professional, competent Dr. She is also very nice. The older I get, the more tests she does on me to make sure that I stay healthy.

My entire family has been going to see Dr. Linda Parker for all our medical needs since, even when I was a toddler myself, and frequented her previous practice location at 311 N. Allen. Man, how the time goes! I just recently had my birthday and huge milestone of turning 30. It has been an emotional year for me to say the least, with the unexpected passing of my mom although, I had a scheduled appointment that day. I unfortunately, took out my own frustrations and personal anguishes out on the staff when I called to reschedule my appointment. I acted out of character and blamed them as if it was there problem at all to begin with yet, it was due to my own mistake. I sincerely, want to apologize to the whole staff collectively. Since their practice has moved to the new location off of Stacy Road, I have nothing but pride for how beautiful and proud I am to see of the new changes that have taken place.
The staff is all amazing, warm, and kind. I now see Veronica Dean whom, is such a stellar asset that they have brought on to the work force team. It is refreshing as well, to see some of the old familiar faces and in likeness, the new ones such as Stephanie and Greg. Stephanie especially, took the time to make sure my new insurance coverage was valid at their new location. They all really care for their client’s needs and take the time to make sure you get all of your answers addressed. The staff all really do their diligence in making sure you are met with undivided attention and exceptional service. Even after my rude behavior was exhibited, upon my next appointment scheduled they took the time to understand and made me feel valued. I would and do recommend anyone that is looking for a family care doctor to stop the search now and select Texas Health Physicians Group at this location. THANK YOU for all that you do! Your efforts and hard work does not go unnoticed. You are all greatly appreciated!:)

Always have to wait to schedule appointments and once you get there there is always a lengthy wait. On one occasion we left after 2 hrs. We have left without seeing a doctor or the PA with no explanation from the staff. The doctor and PA are very good if you can get in to see them.

I have been a patient of Dr Parkers for over 20 years. She and her staff are top notch health providers. I feel better just walking in the door knowing that I will be treated with respect and efficiency by Dorothy and the office staff. Dr Parker knows her patients on a personal level. She is thorough and thoughtful in her treatment. She listens to her patients and always takes me seriously when I ask questions. Excellent service.

This office has people that appear to have sincere intentions. However, the wait is long even if you have an appointment, the notes in the computer aren’t always up to date regarding medication changes and treatment plans, but once you finally make it back there they are sincere and take time with you. Sincere but disorganized.

Our family is very happy with Dr. Linda Parker as our physician. She is thorough, detailed and caring. She really takes time with each of us and listens. I have two teens and both are very comfortable with her care and how she addresses their concerns. We would recommend her highly

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. Unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! Worst experience with front office staff that I've ever had.

Terrible. I called to set up an appointment as a new patient (my daughter had used her). I had a possible hernia. Was told since I was new, I would have to wait 6 weeks to see her. That is freaking ridiculous! Lord, what if I was actually really sick: (

I've been to see Dr Parker twice and each time the staff were rude and I had to wait 2 plus hours to see her. Please please do not go see her if you value your time. No patient should be treated like they are an inconvenience to the doctor or the staff. I will never go back NEVER

One old white lady that answers the front desk is rude. Phlebotomist, Gayle? , will stick the needle through your whole arm.

Worst office I've ever been to in my whole life! I've just been there 4 times this year and they've lost my blood, lost my results twice, and Dorthy in the front office says Walgreens needs to call them to fill a prescription! I've been trying to get one filled since May, but they give me and Walgreens the run around. My old doctor from 2 years ago is having to fill my BC RX. Don't even get me started on everything else like having to wait for an hour in the waiting room after the appointment time and the multiple in-person and automated calls to remind you of your appointment. If you need a referral, you'll have people calling you for the next month every day to schedule it, even after you've already been to your appointment. If you ever need to call, make sure you have an hour to wait on hold, that is if they even answer. I can go on and on! This place is ridiculous!
